Note: The hot tub will not be available on the morning of check-out; on arrival the hot tub will not be available until the following morning as it will not be at the optimal temperature. Note: Associated noise and smells should be expected from the farm. Note: A small stream runs along the garden which is not enclosed, parents of small children should take care. Note: No EV charging. Note: There are steps up to the utility room, and an open tread staircase. Note: There is a stable available for guests on prior arrangement.
