Lakefront Home on Beautiful Lake Ontario, près de Niagara Falls

Spectaculaire propriété au bord du lac directement sur le lac Ontario. Rien entre la maison et le lac, mais l'herbe verte en peluche, parfait pour les jeux de plein air et de détente. Il y a un autre gros morceau de terrain à travers la route pour un stationnement supplémentaire ou à utiliser pour les loisirs en plein air. Il y a un foyer en plein air pour profiter directement sur le lac - un endroit idéal pour voir les couchers de soleil spectaculaires! Ceci est une propriété totalement non-animal, non-fumeur. Maximum 10 invités.

La maison a été entièrement rénovée - avec de nouvelles salles de bains et une cuisine, un nouveau plancher, une télévision à écran plat et une belle salle de soleil. Minimum de 3 nuits.

On peut accéder au lac en descendant de l'eau sur des pierres plates. Profitez d'un des couchers de soleil gentils sur le lac et réveillez-vous tôt pour profiter du lever du soleil étonnant avec des matins tranquilles sur le lac. Après une journée de visites ou de dégustation de vin, rentrez chez vous à ce paradis relaxant!

Accueil Hébergement:
Profitez de votre séjour dans cette maison spacieuse et confortable loin de chez vous. La grande salle moderne de cuisine et de famille surplombe le lac Ontario. Il y a un coin salon supplémentaire à côté de la cheminée à bois. Vous devrez fournir votre propre bois de feu pour l'incendie.
Le câble est fourni pour votre divertissement et Internet sans fil est disponible. Avec les chambres à l'étage et vers le bas, il y a plein d'intimité pour tous. Il est également très pratique d'avoir une salle de bain complète sur les deux niveaux. Il y a un climatiseur au 1er étage et 2 climatiseurs dans les chambres supérieures pour votre confort.
Confort extérieur:
Profitez des belles vues tout en vous détendant sous le porche couvert. La grille à propane facilite le barbecue et la table de bar extérieure offre un endroit confortable pour se détendre et profiter de l'extérieur. Il y a un auvent rétractable sur le patio ouest pour profiter des vues sur les couchers de soleil.
Les attractions locales comprennent: Green Harbor Marina, Tillman's Village Inn, Pointe Breeze, Oak Orchard Creek, Lakeside State Park, Amish Stores, Murphy Orchards, Niagara Wine Trail. 45 - 60 minutes de Niagara Falls vers l'est et Rochester vers l'ouest. We just spent the weekend at the cottage for our annual family reunion. We had a great time and loved staying at the cottage!The cottage was clean and well-equipped! Comfy Lake Ontario visit

Older home with lots of charm had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We were at a family reunion most of the time but were very very happy with the selection of toys to keep my son’s 2 yr old occupied. Overall, a very enjoyable stay.

Peaceful family weekend

We had such an amazing stay after our wedding weekend. Our families had enough space to enjoy each other’s company. They had a great time fishing, kayaking, playing badminton, sitting by the fire pit and just relaxing. A really great place to enjoy our family.

Great place to experience the eclipse and quiet lake life

We found the cottage very easily and it was as expected, you have 3 bedrooms on the first floor and 2 upstairs. There is a futon in the living room as well. Kitchen was well equipped and we were very comfortable. Lake steps were closed, but we enjoyed the access way. The host was very quick to respond to some questions we had If low-key is what you want, this is the perfect spot.

Lovely home in a quiet, restful, gorgeous location

This house is equipped with everything you could possibly need or want, and its location is perfect for those looking to truly get away. Lynn called us immediately after we booked her place and shared helpful information about the area (first time a VRBO owner has ever done that in our ten years using the website!). We spent a lot of time in the backyard overlooking the lake and taking long walks around the adjacent farmland, soaking in the beauty and the quiet. Highly recommended!!!!

Beautiful sunsets

The description and pictures of this rental property is spot on. My family and I truly enjoyed ourselves, simply content to swim and sit by the water. The fire pit was perfect for our evenings. Although it was not July 4th, we were treated to an elaborate firework display from a beach further down our place. This rental had enough indoor and outdoor games to keep us from keeping bored! The sunsets every evening were just beautiful as we sat by the lake. Swimming can be done, as you can navigate your way over the rocks. I would recommend for those who enjoy the lake and simply want to relax and enjoy!

A wonderful week!

This was a fantastic cottage, living up to the marketing in every respect. We travelled the whole way from southeastern Virginia and were pleased with the spacious accomodations. It was a nice touch that neighbors brought fresh fruit by for our visit because we usually cooked in the large kitchen. Who says New Yorkers aren't friendly? We spent a few days travelling to Niagra Falls, Buffalo, and the Erie Canal. The sole less-than-fantastic thing, and we weren't surprised because the owners were candid about it, was the well water. It did the job of cleaning and flushing, but did have an odor to it. Lake Ontario was just through the front doors!

Great house for a family getaway

We got the house for a long weekend of chartered fishing on Lake Ontario. The bedrooms accommodated the nine adults and one child in our party very well. The large, well equipped kitchen, living, dining room combo provided plenty of seating for everyone to hang out together inside. The lawn leading to the water's edge provided the most fun. A large fire pit, plenty of Adirondack chairs and outdoor games kept us outside all day and night. It was a nice surprise to find a Weber grill on the patio. The sunsets really are spectacular. Weather prevented us from fishing, so we headed off to Niagara Falls, just an hour away. The local farm stands had delicious fruits and vegetables. We look forward to returning to the house next summer for our next salmon fishing trip.

Great property but slightly misleading!

My friends and I had a fantastic time on our trip here! With that being said there are a few issues with the property that I think she be noted. The first is the bug problem. We basically could not utilize the fire pit or go outside after dark because there were swarms of nats. The owner had a shock light but it was filthy and full with bugs and not helpful. We tried using bug repellent and it did not help the situation which did put a damper on our trip. Additionally, the “beach access” mentioned is not a beach, it’s a flat waterfront area full of rocks and weeds that you have to climb through if you want to take out a kayak or go swimming. The only alternative option to this “beach” is climbing down the rocks directly in front of the property that are incredibly dangerous and slippery. Almost all of the friends I had staying with me cut themselves on the sharp rocks at the “beach” or on the cliff at one point or another during the trip. I also think that the owner could have been a lot nicer to us and did feel that she was rude to us as a group because of our age (we are all in our 20’s). The house is super cute and the inside was very clean and overall we ended up having a very fun trip, however if you’re wanting easy access to the water or campfires at night I don’t think this place would work well for you.

We had a great time at this property. We were 8 adults, slept comfortably in each room with our own air conditioning. The property has a beautiful view of the lake-great to wake up to each morning. We didn’t feel like we were right on top of the neighbors as well, though they were nice. The main floor has a large kitchen, dinning, and living room space that is all open and connected which was a plus - didn’t feel cramped with 8 of us. And it was stocked with all the kitchen supplies you could need to cook any meal. We spent 90% of our waking time outside which had an awesome amping of space for us to play yard games, sit under the gazebo, and have a fire. Loved the croquet set available for us to use! And swimming in the lake when it was hot was refreshing-just definitely bring water shows since it’s a rocky lake floor. Lynn was a great host - easy to communicate with and fast to respond. Would definitely return!

My family stayed during an annual golf tournament fundraiser at a nearby country club. It was a great place close to the gathering points. Nice to come back to beautiful sunsets every night and all the amenities you can think of. Then to wake up to the beautiful sunrises each morning was truly special!

Good stay, not great

There is hardly beach access, which is what we were really planning on for this trip. The only way into the water is over huge boulders that were recently placed there to prevent erosion of the shoreline. The "beach" down the street, which we were told was for loading/unloading kayaks, was so filthy that we could not even get in. The house is large, the AC is good, the water pressure in the shower could not be worse. The bugs are UNREAL. so so so bad. spiders and gnats everywhere, inside and out. Like big spiders too, spooky big guys. Overall the stay was good, but don't expect easy access to the water, which is what one would expect when staying at a water front property.
