Boca Grande Beach House, North - Très bon prix! Super endroit!

La Boca Grande Beach House, North Unit est la moitié d'un duplex d'un étage. La maison est décontractée et confortable. Il dispose de deux chambres, d'une cuisine, d'une salle de bains et d'un salon / salle à manger combinés. La cuisine et la salle de bain ont récemment été entièrement rénovées. Il y a un grand porche grillagé à l'arrière de la maison. Lorsque toute la maison est louée par la même partie, des portes doubles peuvent être ouvertes pour un accès du sud aux unités du nord. Chaque côté de la maison a une cour latérale généreuse avec table, chaises et chaises longues. Vous pouvez choisir de louer l'unité Nord ou Sud séparément ou la maison entière.

La maison est dans un emplacement formidable sur un grand terrain d'angle, juste en face d'une plage de 7 miles avec salles de bains et tables de pique-nique. Il est à l'angle du caddy du phare historique de Gasparilla. Une courte promenade vous amènera au charmant village de Boca Grande avec des magasins amusants et d'excellents restaurants. Au centre communautaire de Boca Grande, vous trouverez une salle d'entraînement et un terrain de jeu pour les enfants. Ne manquez pas la bibliothèque Johann Fust sur la 10e rue où vous pouvez emprunter des livres et des films. Des courts de tennis et un marché fermier du vendredi (en saison) sont au bout de notre rue. La piste de jogging / vélo de sept miles passe directement en face de la propriété.

La plupart de nos clients choisissent de revenir année après année et le considèrent comme leur «chez-soi». Une fois que vous êtes sur l'île, vous n'avez pas besoin de voiture. Des voiturettes de golf et des vélos peuvent être loués en ville.

Je peux recommander un service de van raisonnable pour venir vous chercher aux aéroports suivants: Punta Gorda (PGD) 45 min., Aéroport de Sarasota (SRQ) 1h. 20min., Ft. Myers (RSW) 1 heure. 30 min., Tampa (TPA) 2 heures, Miami (MIA) 3 heures.

The home was lovely and had everything we needed. It had everything you could possibly need although we always ate out so didn’t use anything for cooking. It was nice to have it all there though in the event we wanted to cook. Location was amazing right across the street from the lighthouse and the beach. Would definitely stay again.

This was our second time at the Boca Grande Beach House. Our two week stay was amazing in every way. The location, steps from the beach, along with the quiet surrounding neighborhood, made for a pleasant get away. Perfect beach house

Perfect location with an amazing view of the lighthouse! Two minute walk to the beach across the street. Quick golf cart ride to the historic downtown to the north and Gasparilla Island State Park to the south. Easy check in. Perfect size for us. Owners were prompt with responses and very helpful during our stay!

This VRBO is exactly as advertised. It is DIRECTLY across Gulf Blvd from the lighthouse and beach access. The home is well supplied with all things necessary for beach life, kitchen use, etc. We very much enjoyed our stay!

Amazing stay on Boca grande

This property was perfect for us and should be perfect for any couple! The location is ideal! We spent almost every evening on the beach across the street watching the sunset! A quick walk into town in the morning for coffee breakfast lunch or dinner. The property was extremely clean and extremely well equipped! We can't wait to stay there again!

Great location and communication

My parents stayed here for a large family event on the island over Memorial Day Weekend. The location is fantastic, across the street from the lighthouse and beach, and just a minute from town. The hosts were responsive and helpful, and my parents enjoyed their visit so much. Thank you!

Our January Get-Away from PA

This was a great get-away from the bitter cold of PA. Perfect location that is close to town, but quiet and relaxing. Just a few steps away from the Gulf of Mexico and provides a nice view of the palms and historic lighthouse. This place was clean, cozy and perfect for our vacation. I would highly recommend anyone looking for an affordable, clean and cozy place in Boca to contact Molly and Mike. They are very nice people and provide a very nice vacation rental.

My family has been coming to Boca Grande since the 1970's. We have all enjoyed our visits to the island over the years. My husband and I live in FL, about 1 1/2 hrs. away and are very 'hands on' making sure that everything is clean and in good order for our guests.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

The beach is directly across the street. Tennis courts and a Farmer's Market (during season) are at the end of our street. The property has a large yard with private shaded areas for each unit. The neighborhood is quiet. A 10 minute walk will take you to the Community Center where there is a work-out room and a playground for kids. Continue to town for great shopping, restaurants.
