Bugs Claim: Regarding the marks on your son, after carefully reviewing the photos you sent, our specialized team verified that these were mosquito bites and definitely not bed bug bites. This apartment has a clean track record with zero history of bed bugs. Even in the rare event of such an issue, bed bugs are typically introduced via external luggage, but we can completely rule that out here. Guest Experience: We have years of experience in hospitality and work tirelessly to ensure every guest enjoys a wonderful stay in Portugal.
