Immense patio en bord de mer faisant face au golfe

Emplacement, emplacement, emplacement! Notre unité en bas est une unité spacieuse de 500 pieds carrés, 1 chambre, 1 salle de bain, avec une cuisine complÚte et un salon situé au niveau inférieur de notre grande maison de plage. Il est situé au rez-de-chaussée, afin que les clients puissent sortir de la porte et la plage est dans leur cour arriÚre!

Ce n'est pas votre expérience de condo typique. Situé directement sur la plage, avec votre propre front de mer privé de 60 pieds dans votre propre cour. Super propre, avec tous les matelas de haute qualité dans toute la maison. Les nouveaux propriétaires ont fait de trÚs belles améliorations depuis leur arrivée en 2017. Construit dans les années 1960 et décoré dans un décor de plage chic, le Tommy's on the Beach dispose de tout le confort moderne auquel on pourrait s'attendre, tout en conservant le charme d'une maison de plage originale de Floride.

Découvrez la plage comme avant. Nous offrons une chance unique de faire l'expérience de la Floride avant le grand boom du développement. Pas d'ascenseurs encombrés, de grands parkings et d'immenses bùtiments de ciment sans charme!

En sĂ©journant dans notre chalet de plage, vous, votre famille et vos amis, serez en contact avec l'environnement naturel de la plage tel qu'il Ă©tait censĂ© ĂȘtre expĂ©rimentĂ©.

L'unitĂ© en bas fait partie d'un grand chalet en bord de mer de 3 unitĂ©s. Nous sommes une location de vacances familiale et avec la permission, une location de vacances bien Ă©levĂ© chien amical aussi. SituĂ© entre Clearwater Beach et St. Petersburg Beach, Indian Rocks Beach est en plein cƓur de la rĂ©gion de Tampa Bay.

Il existe des milliers de condos parmi lesquels choisir, mais il ne reste que trĂšs peu de maisons de plage originales en Floride. Nous avons la chance d'en avoir un et nous voulons le partager avec vous!

Our stay was great! Check in was super easy. The living space was clean. Only problem was the dryer stopped working during the stay but the host made accommodations for us until it was fixed. Had a great stay and will hopefully come back to Indian Rocks again.

Perfect spot for beach getaway

This is a very nice condo right on the beach with everything you would need for a great vacation. I highly recommend this spot and Indian Rocks Beach in general!

Very big and nice condo! Loved the keyless entry. Incredible view of the ocean through huge windows. The beach is right there! We loved the location.

Excellent Condo

The condo was very clean and organized. Kids loved that they were able to play in the ocean and then walk back to play in the pool anytime they wanted too. The items available to use at the beach were top notch. Loved the view of the ocean and sun set from the balcony.

Great condo and a great location

My husband and I had a great stay at Tommy’s on the Beach. He is not a beach guy and I won him over after this vacation. The condo was very clean and you can’t beat the location. Within walking distance of quite a few restaurants. The pool along with everything you need for the beach is great. The only thing I can thing of is maybe a better mattress for the bed. It was a great stay and we can’t wait to come back next year!

Our new favorite Florida destination

This place was perfect for our family. The beach and pool had everything to entertain our kids, 4 and 6 years, for hours. The property was clean, welcoming, and comfortable. We enjoyed the incredible sunsets and made some great family memories. When we come back to this area, this will be the first place we try and stay!

Perfect for a family get away !

My family has stayed at this location twice in the past 6 months. We absolute love it! The view is breathtaking and being steps from the beach makes it perfect for a family with children. No need to pack for the beach, just a quick return to the apartment for lunch, dinner or a nap and then back to the sand for more fun. Hope to return soon !

Perfect location

Perfect location, right on the beach. Everything about the unit we stayed in was very comfortable. A breakfast and sandwich restaurant and a coffee and pastry shop are right behind the beach house. Other restaurants are within walking distance. Conveniently there is both a gas and charcoal grill right on the property. Plus we were able to bring our small dog.

Wonderful property - everything you need is there

We really enjoyed our time here. Patrice is super easy to work with and was very timely in communicating. She has thought of everything that you'd need for a beach vacation and made sure it was there in the unit. This really made it so nice to not have to worry about bringing extra things, like insulated coolers and even beach bags. If we ever find ourselves out this way again, we'd definitely stay here.

Perfect location!

We were thrilled with this property and loved being right on the beach. The covered patio was helpful for very sunny days, we ate several meals outside. Everything we needed was in the condo, we only cooked twice but there were plenty of pots and pans. The mattresses on the beds were excellent. We're already planning a return trip later this year. Thanks Patrice for a terrific week!

This was our second year and this is one of the best vacation spots we found out in Indian rocks Beach. We already booked for next year to stay another week in April. Had trouble with the TV. The owner Patricia and her husband got right back to us helped us in anyway they could. The property manager, Maria outstanding, she helped us and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend anybody looking to stay in the Indian rocks Beach

Fabulous location

The condo is lovely. The kitchen has everything you might need. I really love having a washer and dryer handy. The beds are comfortable. Having beach chairs and umbrellas was convenient. The pool was great. Being so close to the Cafe de Paris and Sandy's and Ocean Waves made the week. Eating takeout on the balcony could become habit forming.

Fall Break at Indian Rocks Beach

The property at Tommy’s at the Beach was just exactly what we needed for a great vacation with little ones and adults! The view from our porch was incredible, almost total ocean and sky view. We could see dolphins swimming down the shore in early morning. With the amazing sliding doors, it felt as if we were still a part of our group (when we had to take a little one upstairs for a snack or nap) who were down a level swimming in the pool. Patrice has done a great job with creating a slice of paradise with these newly built condos.

Beyond Expectations

Brand new building and units. Very well thought out every detail. Best location in terms of beach, restaurants, and avoids the chaos of Clearwater Beach. Although a short ride if you’re into that. Well stocked with anything you need in kitchen and baths. It was great to walk a few steps and be right in the beach. Sunsets are amazing! Would definitely book this property again if I was traveling to the Gulf side of Florida
