Hi Deborah, We live at the property and rent it out on weekends as do many people that offer their houses on VRBO and Airbnb. Seems like staying at a Short Term Rental may not be a good fit for you. Since this is our home, my wife's and daughter's closets are zip tied. The master bedroom has an empty clothes rack specifically for guests with hangers for hanging clothes and a place to put folded clothes below. There are also places to put your bags/clothes on top of the desks/chest in the other 2 bedroom and space left with hangers in the closet of the office room for guests. In the 7 years of renting the house we have never had a complaint about this. You should not have encountered dirty linens as they along with all towels are washed after every stay. If by chance you did encounter dirty linens, clean linens are kept in the linen closet which I could have advised you about if you had informed me. I could have even had the housekeeper come and change them. You never answered any of my messages including the Reservation Acknowledgement Message, Check In/House Info Message, or the Follow Up Message asking if you needed anything and giving recommendations about things to do near the house. All it takes is a little communication to resolve issues as such. I would imagine you would have communicated with those in charge at a hotel if you had issues. Why didn't you communicate with me as I could have addressed any issues you had? Sincerely, Chris

Hi Camila, We reviewed the bedroom after you left and unfortunately, there was dust under the bed which the housekeeper didn't get to. We have addressed the issue with her and she has promised to pay more attention to this in the future. Sorry for the inconvenience. Just to verify, when you contacted me during your stay, I mentioned the smell may have been from the housekeeper not putting the correct sheets on the bed, as you said they smelled, but this was not the case. The original sheets were clean and we could not detect any smell from the pillow. We have never had this brought to our attention before and the house is rented 4 times a month. That being said, we have bought new pillows for the bed in question as we take cleanliness very seriously and have a very good track record and reviews over several years when it comes cleanliness of the house. Thanks for treating the house as if it was your own. Very much appreciated!

Tiffany and her group were great guests. We would definitely have them back.

Just to clarify, the electrical outlet in the bathroom pulled out of the wall during the stay (the mounting ears failed and was most likely pulled out of the wall when a device was unplugged). I offered to come look at it, but was told their was no safety issue and no need to come. The outlet has since been repaired. With the closet space and hangers available in the 3rd bedroom and the 3.5 ft. wide garment rack and hangers in the master we have never had a guest with this issue. If perspective guests think that they will need more space let me know and we can make more space in the closet and/or get an additional garment rack.
