Pristine and beautifully decorated-great location

Would stay again - so clean, beautifully decorated and well stocked! Close to everything - was great way to spend the Thanksgiving holiday! Just don’t plan on using the hot tub when it’s cold - takes forever to warm up and didn’t want it running all night.

Great location

The house was immaculate inside and was perfect for our stay. There was minimal outside noise, and the location was an easy walk to town. The host was responsive and friendly. We had a great time, St. Augustine is a fun city. outside outside needs some upkeep.

Teacher’s Get-away!

The five of us were very impressed. The house was immaculate with plenty of space for all. The location was phenomenal, within walking distance of great restaurants and just a short 20 minute walk to the historic district. Our host answered all questions promptly and couldn’t have been nicer. A great place to stay.

Perfect

We were in town for a wedding and the house and location were both perfect!! Very nice home with comfortable beds and great outdoor spaces. The sofa in the living room was absolutely perfect for our family. We will definitely be back.

Nice home!

This home was exactly as advertised! Within walking distance to historic downtown, restaurants, attractions especially the winery which was wonderful! Nice quiet neighborhood. We were abut 15 min or so from beach..overall wonderful stay! We love St Augustine and would stay here again 🙂

Sister and friends get-away

We so enjoyed staying in this lovely home. It was within walking distance to a wonderful seafood restaurant, and an easy drive to the historic downtown area (or a bit longer walk). The home was spotless, nicely appointed, great sofa for several people to sit comfortably. Beds were comfortable and kitchen well stocked with anything you might need. Would highly recommend this property. Thank you for sharing your lovely home!

St A for Graduation

We loved the rental. Beautiful accommodations, impeccable decorations, lots of storage if you're staying a while. It is close to the Distillery and a short hop from the downtown/fort area. A stocked Keurig and basket of chips didn't hurt! This is our second rental from Trisha with one more scheduled in the future. So I guess you can say we are fans!

Beautiful home!

This home was absolutely gorgeous! It is very tastefully decorated with high quality furnishings and beautiful accents. The towels and bed linens were good quality and very comfortable. The couch was amazing and had plenty of room for our family to hang out after a day in the city. The location is center to most attractions and just down the street from a trolley stop. The size of the house was perfect for our family of 4 with our teenagers each getting their own space. All in all, the house was great.

Wedding

We were in town for a wedding at River House and lucked out finding this place to stay. The house was perfect for our family...three bedrooms upstairs and a big comfy couch in the living room. There was a great breakfast cafe within walking distance - Blue Hen and the downtown St. Augustine area was within walking distance too. Parking is a little tight...not room for more than 2 vehicles in the driveway. We would definitely re book this house for a St Augustine stay :)

Family vacation

The property is located in an historic neighborhood, which we learned a lot about during our stay. It is also located in very close proximity to Flagler College and many other attractions and restaurants that we were able to walk to weather permitting :) The house accommodated my whole family in comfort. We do pay a fee for cleaning... maybe the owner should confirm the property is being cleaned properly between guests... Lots of dust, items not swept from under the couch, hair still in the bathrooms, etc... but overall good stay

Nice getaway

First, house was beautiful and living room couch was a perfect place to hang out. There are a couple of things to note. The bed in the master bedroom is extremely high - about 36 inches - with no step. Had to give to the youngsters . It is close for those with a car but would not consider it walking distance. Finally, despite VRBO telling me hosts are to provide door code 4 hours before checking in, the host would not give code until 330. By that time my phone was almost dead and no readily available charging options. A little hiccup I thought was unnecessary.

Perfect for our Group!

We really enjoyed staying at this property. We had a group of 3 adults and 5 kids. There was plenty of space in the house for us all. I loved that we could all sit comfortably on the couch. A couple of the kids even chose to sleep on the recliners! Well appointed with plenty of extra towels and linens. Spacious kitchen- wr made breakfast in every morning. There was even a waffle maker= happy kids! 2 vehicles fit perfectly in the driveway and we made use of the sitting areas outside. The walk into downtown St Aug took about 15 minutes and even the youngest (9 yo) could do it with minimal complaining. The area is being revitalized, so some caution when walking through to town at night is smart, but that's most places anyway! We would definitely stay here again!

House is nice, as is decor and furniture. Very dirty. It had not been cleaned. We had to buy cleaning supplies to clean bathrooms (toilets, sinks, showers, mirrors), dust, windex and replace light bulbs. Floors had also not been cleaned; only thing to use was a broom. Grill was very unkept as were all 3 outside seating areas. House is no where close to square feet advertised. Good location.

Beautiful home

The home was beautiful and large with the most comfortable couch ever! The beds were also comfortable. There were a few restaurants nearby as well as a trolly stop within walking distance. The home was in a good area and had a hot tub that wasn’t advertised. It was a nice surprise but because it wasn’t advertised, we didn’t bring swimsuits. There was no hot water in the bathroom sinks but the showers and kitchen had hot water. There also was no dishwasher soap. For such a large home that accommodates lots of people, being able to use the dishwasher would’ve been nice and most people don’t travel with dish soap. There also were no spare trash bags. Other than some minor details, it was a great stay!
