The Ambrose House - Located in historic Downtown!

Enjoy this beautifully updated home, just steps from the city’s iconic landmarks, waterfront views, boutique shops, & incredible restaurants. Inside, you’ll find a fully stocked kitchen for home-cooked meals, stylishly appointed bedrooms for a restful night’s sleep, and a private fenced backyard where you can relax after a day of exploring.
When you’re ready for the sand & surf, the beaches are less than a 10-minute drive away—giving you the best of both worlds: historic charm & coastal beauty.

As you enter the home, the primary bedroom with ensuite bathroom is to the left, the garage entry is to the right (garage access is not available for parking), continue back to the kitchen and living space. You will also find a laundry room for your convenience. Access to the backyard is off the living room, we have a fire pit and 4 comfortable chairs for your enjoyment and a large umbrella for shade (please see instructions for use). Just beyond the living area are the two additional bedrooms and second bathroom.

In the living room please enjoy the full upright electronic piano and the right-handed acoustic guitar, for your musical needs. We have also provided an air purifier if needed.

The cooktop in the kitchen is an induction cooktop and only heats the provided pots and pans, the surface doesn`t get hot. Please let us know if you have any questions.

In the unlikely event that you notice any cleanliness issues upon check-in, please report them to us on the same day. We stand behind our cleaning practices and are committed to providing you with a clean and welcoming space!

Parking - there is room for 3 cars in the driveway. Street parking is prohibited.

No smoking.

When booking through vrbo there is a $500 security deposit that is released upon check out.

We understand accidents happen and kindly ask that you please notify us if an item breaks, doesn`t work, or is soiled as soon as it happens. We want to ensure we can replace item(s) as soon as possible for you or the next guest. If items are missing or broken guest is responsible for the charge for any item(s).

Primary renter must be 25+ and present on all bookings.

There will be a $200 fee for any late checkout that is not approved.

If there’s an excess of trash left behind and we need to arrange for its removal, there will be a $100 fee. Thanks for understanding!

Maximum 3 cars for driveway parking. No street or garage parking available.

We love welcoming pets! Dog friendly: cats are not permitted. Just a quick note — the pet fee is NOT automatically included in your booking total. It will be added separately after your reservation is confirmed.

Pet Fee - A pet fee will be charged, $175 for 1 -2 dogs, for the stay. Please let us know when booking your pet information. There is no pet fee for certified service animals, we do ask as a courtesy to let us know if you will be bringing a service animal during your stay.

Pet Policy - We are happy to host your dogs! 1-2 dogs allowed, please reach out with any questions. We ask that you do not leave your dogs alone at the house for long periods of time, distressed animals can cause damage or excessive barking can upset neighbors. The beach is dog friendly, there are leash laws. Please tell us about your dog(s). We love to hear about them!
