Venez vous détendre dans le magnifique Moultonborough et voir pourquoi les gens pensent que la région des lacs du NH est l'un des plus beaux endroits dans le monde. Cette maison est dans une rue calme, mais facilement accessible avec 100 pieds de façade sur le lac Winnipesaukee. Ceci est un site de vacances en famille! Sur place, vous trouverez une plage commune (partagée uniquement avec le propriétaire et la famille), un ponton flottant pour la baignade et une terrasse en brique surplombant la plage et le lac réservés au locataire. La plage est de sable fin et les enfants. En outre, vous serez en mesure d'accoster à un 30-pieds bateau sur notre grande facilement accessible, dock, permanente. Vous aurez l'utilisation d'un canot, kayak et voilier; location de bateau à moteur sont à proximité. Le gîte dispose d'une grande véranda-in qui est parfait pour se détendre, manger ou divertissant. La cuisine est entièrement applianced, y compris un gril à gaz juste devant la porte. WiFi et télévision par câble sont inclus. Les locataires fournissent leurs propres draps; appel ou email et draps (draps et serviettes) seront fournis moyennant des frais supplémentaires.

We had an amazing time at the rental! Marie and Jerry were amazing hosts and provided everything we could imagine. The kitchen was fully stocked for cooking and baking, the beach had kayaks and sand toys for the kids to enjoy. The kids also enjoyed playing with neighbor children. All of the neighbors were so kind, the great sense of community really added to our experience.

Quiet location

Summer Vacation

This was the perfect vacation spot for our family . The ability to swim, kayak, and canoe any time of day was both enjoyable for the adults as well as the kids. We would definitely book this listing again!

Wonderful Week at Winnipesaukee

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in Moultonborough, property as described, was clean upon check in, and kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, plates, glasses, and necessary cooking equipment. Our hosts provided us with lots a great local knowledge making our first time boating on Winnipesaukee a great success. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely Lakeside Cottage

Great stay!

We had a lovely week at this property. Jerry, Marie and family were wonderful hosts. The cottage was perfect for my family of 5, the kitchen was well stocked and it was a great location on the lake. The kids especially loved being able to use the kayak and paddle board. We hope to be back!

Great Stay

We have a very nice week and our hosts Marie and Gerry were very nice and didn’t intrude at all. The cottage was clean and we had lots of nice breezes. My favorite thing to do was sit by the water and look out NJ on the lake. Very relaxing.

Great vacation

We had a great time staying at this cottage. Location was perfect and Marie & Jerry were very welcoming. Communication was outstanding. Family vacation

My sister and brother in law from Florida came up and stayed with me, our other sister and Their daughter for the week. We had a few cloudy days, so we took advantage of visiting Wolfeboro and Sugar Hill. On sunny days we enjoyed the beach, floating on the water, kayaking enjoying time on the porch.

Family Fun

Our host and hostess were friendly and helpful. They were available for any issues concerning the cottage. My 6 and 8 year old grandsons loved the sandy beach and all the toys provided. There were kayaks and a canoe available, but the adults really appreciated the gorgeous views!

Wonderful place to get away!

We had a wonderful week at "The Cottage" as we affectionately called it! We immediately felt relaxed and at home when we arrived. If you are looking for a place just to get away from it all for a bit, this place is it! We used the kayaks, and paddleboards every morning and enjoyed the sunsets on the beach every night. Our 9 year old son even caught his first fish right off the dock. A truly memorable experience and a truly memorable place!

Lovely location and beautiful cabin

This place was a wonderful lakeside getaway. Kitchen had everything we needed, rooms were spacious and more than enough for this family of 3. Screened in porch was perfect at night listening to the sounds and the waves on the lake. The beach was my daughters favorite and she played for hours. Relaxing in the water on the hot days was great. Perfect reminder of why the lake is such a special place. Also the owners were wonderful and brought us out on their boat which was magical. Thank you!

Wonderful people

Marie and Jerry were beyond the best hosts ever. I was a bit hesitant staying on property with the owners, but they made me feel at home and comfortable right away. They were very friendly, but not overwhelming. The property was perfect for four teenagers and two adults. The washer and dryer was a huge convenience when you don’t want to pack a lot of clothes. It was a wonderful relaxing time I highly recommend it!

Jerry has been spending summers on the lake his whole life. Marie and the rest of the family have been enjoying time on the lake since 1981. They love their little piece of heaven.

We can help launch your boat and have room for your trailer. If you don't have a boat, we're happy to take you for a ride on the lake. Jerry and Marie are willing to help in any way that they can to make sure you have a wonderful vacation!
