Requests for pool heating should be made a week in advance; late requests incur a minimum charge of one week, effective from the activation of heating.
Additional Amenities:
The villa is thoughtfully equipped with complimentary Wi-Fi and a landline telephone for local calls. Cleaning and linen changes occur every 7 days, encompassing all linens and towels, including those designated for poolside use. A garage accommodating one car is available, along with parking space for up to three vehicles. Given the villa's unique location above sea level, car rental is indispensable. A security deposit of 200€ or £200 is payable on arrival in cash. This is returned should there be no breakages or damage to the property.
