Villa del Mar was built in 2023 as a vacation rental for families with or without children.

My priority is for guests to have an unforgettable stay and an exceptional vacation.
The villa is located in Marbella—San Pedro de Alcántara—and boasts an excellent location near the beach and the town center. You can walk along Avenida Mediterráneo, which is lined with a variety of restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, convenience stores, and everything else you might need.

If you’d like to spend a few weeks in a quiet area, yet still be able to walk to the beach, the restaurants, and the boulevard that this beautiful part of Marbella has to offer, this is exactly what you’ve been looking for. Have barbecues during the day and even at night, and take a dip in the pool when you don’t feel like going to the beach. Far from the noise of traffic, yet close enough to go out for dinner.



At the foot of the picturesque town of San Pedro de Alcántara and just 10 km from downtown Marbella, with all the charm of Andalusia’s enchanting historic villages, lies the enclave of San Pedro de Alcántara Playa, which is now connected to Puerto Banús by its beautiful boardwalk, flanked by tall palm trees and beaches, featuring renowned restaurants and beach clubs.
In this quiet, well-developed residential area, wide avenues converge around the newly built apartment complex, alongside small villas with a distinct Andalusian flair.
This is an ideal location for those seeking the perfect blend of beach and town life, with all the amenities that come with it, as well as proximity to the famous Puerto Banús and Marbella.
The area features wide, modern avenues with bike lanes, gardens, playgrounds, and public transportation, and is surrounded by shops and restaurants.
Just a few minutes away are the beaches of San Pedro de Alcántara in Marbella and its famous Puerto Banús, which offers opportunities to enjoy all kinds of water sports, as well as cycling, paragliding, hiking, and more.

This villa is the best option for an excellent family vacation—a chance to reconnect with relatives whom, due to time constraints and distance, we don’t get to see very often, such as your parents, in-laws, lifelong friends, and other family members—and to enjoy this long-awaited vacation with your children.
For your convenience, we provide everything you’ll need for your child or baby: stair gates to prevent them from going down the stairs alone, cribs, high chairs, a safety walker, and a pool float—though parents must always supervise them.

. The living room has air conditioning and 6 radiators, and each bedroom has air conditioning, radiators (heating), blinds, and curtains.
It has 5 bedrooms distributed as follows:

On the upper floor, there are 2 suite-style bedrooms, each with its own bathroom equipped with shower towels, hand towels, bath mats, a hair dryer, shampoo, and body and hand wash.
and a lovely terrace with great views, blinds, and curtains.



The kitchen is located on the first floor and is fully equipped with all kitchenware, assorted plates, and glassware; there are acrylic cups and glasses to take to the pool, as well as appliances such as a glass-ceramic cooktop, a microwave, 1 large refrigerator and 2 small refrigerators with freezers, a dishwasher, toaster, kettle, 1 De’Gusto coffee maker, 1 Nespresso machine, juicer, sandwich maker, washing machine, etc.—it’s fully equipped for large groups.
The dining room features 1 table with 10 chairs, and the living room has a large sofa, a small sofa, and a half-bath.


Basement.- It is very spacious, featuring a 75-inch TV measuring 190 cm wide and 93 cm high, a 3-seater chaise longue sofa measuring 270 cm long, and a restroom.
