Location au bord du lac sur le lac Chatuge en eau profonde

Lakeside Elegance est l'une de nos principales propriétés situées dans le quartier exclusif de Cedar Cliff à Hiawassee, en Géorgie. Il se trouve sur la péninsule privée au bout du chemin Cedar Cliff. Ayant son propre quai couvert privé, des vues spectaculaires sur les montagnes de Géorgie et de Caroline du Nord, il est à environ 2000 pieds au-dessus du niveau de la mer.

Il dispose de quatre chambres, toutes avec lits queen; mobilier ancien, planchers de bois franc, foyer au gaz, terrasses enveloppantes et cuisine entiÚrement équipée.
Nous avons besoin d'une semaine complĂšte de location pendant les vacances du 4 juillet.

Les draps sont fournis et notre personnel Ă  temps plein est disponible pour vos besoins. Un gril au gaz est disponible pour votre plaisir de cuisiner en plein air. Cette maison vous procurera les souvenirs d'une vie.

Beautiful water views. Immaculately kept! Suggest future guests to bring shampoo and conditioner and ground coffee :). Not a criticism at all :). Just a head up to jane for your morning if needed for future guests :). We would love to return and out the home next time we are in the area. It was lovely.

The house is in a wonderful location overlooking Lake Chatuge. Great view to the west for sunsets. Convenient to town and nearby attractions.The house is very spacious with plenty of room for a large family gathering. Upper level deck stretches across the entire lake side. Bring a boat or rent from one of the local marina's to enjoy the big lake.

House was clean and huge!

We had a wonderful stay. The home was so clean and big. The lake view was gorgeous. The only thing that was difficult was the amount of boat traffic creating a lot of waves while sitting on the dock. But it was the 4th of July week the busiest week on the lake. But we still enjoyed it very much and had a blast! Louise was great too - always right there helping our every need!

Happy Guests

From the beginning of our booking to the end was a 5 plus star rating. Communication was great, the house was super clean (which is HUGE to us!), the property was in a perfect location. We had 10 people and did not feel cramped at all. There is tons of room and the porches are large enough for the entire group. The grounds are very well maintained and the walk to the dock is down hill but the steps make it very easy. We would definitely recommend booking this home.

Wonderful House

House was spotless, comfortable and very well equipped with everything we needed. Perfect location with views of the lake and beautiful sunsets visible from entire front of the house. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a lake house vacation.

Great location, beautiful home

We met some of our family at Lake Chatuge for Labor Day weekend. The house was exceptionally clean (you literally couldn't find dust) and has lots of space. Communication was thorough and easy. We will likely book this same house again. Highly recommend.

Amazing and updated lakefront property!

Great stay! The house has recently been updated (so recent the listing Pictures had not been updated) and was so much bigger than we expected! Amazing patio and view of lake/sunset. Comfy beds, well stocked kitchen. Great property managers - very responsive. The boat dock was really nice for our boat rental but it is a floating dock and is very wobbly due to boat traffic on main part of lake. Great location also / very private but close to town of Hiawasee! Would definitely recommend! Lake Chatuge is great!!

The kids loved the pool table and dock. The grandparents loved the large upstairs bedroom. All of the beds were very comfortable. Beautiful views of the sunset and Ramey Mountain.

Great trip

The house was wonderful and so much bigger than we expected. Plenty of room to spread out. The outside decks were great and the dock was amazing. Views unbelievable. The property manager Lucille was incredible. She was so kind and helpful. I would advise anyone to use her. She is great.

Can't beat the lake views!!!

We enjoyed a great long weekend stay with our family. While the interior of the home can feel a bit dated we loved it as it felt like we were visiting grandma's lake house. The views from the HUGE deck were awesome and nothing beat sitting out on the top deck of the dock watching the sunset.

Great family trip! Beautiful location and scenery!

Great memories were made, board games were played (we brought our own) ,stories told, love and laughter abounded!!! Never could figure out how to play carroom. Directions would be helpful. Amazing weather!!!

Great house and beautiful location

We had a very nice experience. The house is larger than we expected and was well maintained. There were two negatives: the house was not as well stocked as most rentals we’ve used in the past (no condiments or staples - we had to purchase our own salt even); and the house is located on the main channel. Normally this would probably be fine, but over a holiday weekend with lots of boat traffic it was pretty rough on the dock. We had boats going by at full cruise speed, pushing waves over the back of our docked boat. Overall I would recommend the house and would go back again, but we would bring more with us and be prepared to find a quiet cove to swim with the kids.
