Bienvenue dans votre belle maison de vacances, avec une grande piscine chauffée et un accès Voilier / Golfe. Il est situé à 5 minutes de la rivière Caloosahatchee et est parfait pour la navigation de plaisance!

Cette maison bénéficie d'une vue magnifique sur l'eau des grands canaux qui se croisent. Il est situé sur une impasse avec une grande intimité. La maison est entièrement équipée avec tous vos besoins pour rendre votre séjour confortable. Il peut accueillir jusqu'à 10 personnes avec 3 chambres et 2 canapés-lits supplémentaires.

Vous adorerez la vue et l'accès à la piscine depuis la chambre principale et la chambre d'amis. Profitez du café du matin et du vin du soir sur notre véranda. Apportez simplement vos valises et laissez-nous le reste!

Vous serez à seulement 20-30 minutes de la plage de Fort Myers, de Sanibel et de Captiva! Cette magnifique maison est proche des commerces et des épiceries. Les équipements inclus sont la pêche sur le quai, la natation et plus encore.

Cape Coral est une merveilleuse ville proche de tout! Nous avons la plage de Cape Coral Yacht Club sur la rivière Caloosahatchee à moins de 10 minutes. Profitez également d'une journée au Sunsplash Family Waterpark qui est également proche. Nous sommes à 2 heures de Tampa, Fort Lauderdale et Miami ainsi qu'à 3 heures d'Orlando.

The property is located near everything- trip to Sanibel; river - dine in with grill or kitchen or dine out - local restaurants are plenty. Will try and stay again when we come back if available Convenient to Fort Meyers Airport - 30 minutes

Perfect house

We absolutely loved staying here. It had everything we needed for the 6 of us. Even though it rained our whole trip the kids had a blast in the pool and fishing off the dock. Location was nice as it was close to the bridge to get to Fort Myers Beach. Thank you for allowing my family to stay here.

Amazing home. Best VRBO we ever rented!

Very quiet and friendly neighborhood. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. We spent a few days going to the beach and a few days relaxing at the house. The house is close to many restaurants. We hate to leave and hope to return at some point.

overall, the house was amazing! we loved the pool and the fact that we could swim whenever we wanted. the beds were so comfortable and we just loved it! there is seriously no better place to stay. the view from the pool and our house in general was amazing!

Spent 10 relaxing days in this very lovely house

We loved every minute of our stay in this lovely house. So relaxing to sit on the terrasse and the deck and see the sunrice and the sunset, to swim in the pool and to fish in the Canal. Close to shopping and lots of restaurants. We have been to Cape Coral a couple of times and this house was by fare the best in our oppion. Could have been nice if we could have parked in the garage - but that’s just a minor thing. We will love to come back.

A most wonderful vacation

Super happy we decided to rent this place for our vacation in SWFL. The villa is beautiful, tastefully decorated and very convenient. There's so many good things that it wont fit in a short review, but to name a few - the pool is extraordinary and just sitting on the chairs on the beautiful dock having a morning coffee was a delight. Communication with the owner was excellent, quick responses and help to some questions we had. I'd be happy to return some day. Highly recommended!

Great Space for a Family

As a family, we decided to start a new tradition of taking a holiday trip every Christmas. This house was a great way to kickstart that! The space was perfect for 9 adults. The owners/property manager were attentive and readily available for any questions. The heated pool was a hit, and the home’s spacious layout was comfortable. We loved being off the water and accessible to the area’s great amenities (eateries, islands, etc)! We would highly recommend the property owners and this home.

It was easy to find and use the lockbox. There was plenty of space for our family of 5. There was a nice little welcome baskets of treats. The house was very clean. We loved the pool area. There were noodles and other toys to use as well. We saw a dolphin swim past the dock. The outside area was very nice as well. It was an easy drive to Fort Myers. We would definitely recommend!

Great location, clean property, everything you need

We had a wonderful stay here. The property was in a great location and the house had everything you need for your stay. Our kids really enjoyed the pool every minute they could. Even though it was in the mid-70s for our stay, the heated pool was enough for them to still enjoy it. We borrowed pool and beach toys that were provided at the property as well. So nice not to have to buy that stuff for one use! The property manager was very helpful the few times we called and we really had no issues at all. If we visit the area again, we would love to stay here.
