Dan and Mary Ann Thurmer live in the metro Milwaukee, WI area. Former homes in Minnesota and and Iowa including Minneapolis, Canby, and many years as students and residents in Decorah, IA, has enriched our lives with many friends. Decorah Iowa still remains a place called 'home' in our hearts where we attended Luther College and later, Luther Theological Seminary in St. Paul, MN.

Mary Ann, educated to be a teacher, and Dan a Pastor and Consultant has given them a variety of rich experiences grooming sensitivity to the needs and opportunities of others.

The 2 bedroom, two bath condo is just steps away from the spacious pool, hot-tub, tennis courts, grills, and the community center. While the condo is nicely secluded and surrounded by water and an eco preserve, you are just minutes away from shopping, beaches and restaurants. The canal has easy access to the Gulf yet you can relax on the lanai and view nature up close...birds, manatee, soaring eagles and fish waiting to be caught of the pier just in front of the lanai!
