Just a beautiful and serene location! Away from all the craziness of the city, just a great place to disconnect and enjoy the beautiful Lake Superior. Clean and everything you need to unwind.

Anniversary Trip

This was the perfect location - easy access to all the places we wanted to explore, but still very quiet and out-of-the-way. We loved being right on the beach and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Plenty of space in the well stocked cabin for our family. Games, book and outdoor toys and chairs were there for our use. View of the lake from the front porch, side deck, and living room were amazing! We liked having no internet, cell signal or TV there... we could truly unplug. Hosts were great! Helpful when needed but not in our way. We would stay here again.

A wonderful place to relax on the beach and enjoy the beauty of Lake Superior. The sunrises were amazing! We had a great time and loved that our dogs were able to join us.

Our next visit we will remember to pack our old mix tapes and vinyl to play on the sweet Pioneer old school stereo. The place was exactly what we hoped…quiet, close to the beach and oh so peaceful. From sleeping on the porch, picking fresh blueberries, watching the family of Mergansers chug up and down the shore each morning and evening, all while completely detached from WiFi and cell service was something we needed but did not realize until the week ended. We will easily choose this place again. I realize recommending it puts a greater chance of us not being able to return but if you get a chance, you so t regret it.

Sisters vacation

One of the most relaxing vacations! Loved the sauna and being totally unplugged. Beds were clean and comfortable with the wonderful sound of the waves on the shore to lull me to sleep. We would stay here again!

Perfect getaway

Perfect place to relax, unwind and unplug! Directly on the lake, where you can listen to the sounds of the lake. We loved spending time walking the beach and hunting for stones and sea glass.

Gemstone

This is literally a gemstone! Family of 4 two teenagers and a dog. It was an amazing location. Completely recommended if you're looking to decompress from busy life.

Best vacation

I stayed for 3 wonderful weeks! All my siblings came at different times of the month in July and loved it there also. Took a few days to get used to no cell or Wi-Fi, but now I may turn my phone off at least once a week for the quiet 😁. Went to sleep to the sound of the waves. Beautiful sunrises and awesome thunderstorms. I hope we can stay again soon.

Kitchen and bathroom were clean. Area rugs looked a little dirty.Was not told there is no central heat only an electric heater in line and bathroom and a wood stove with h some wood but no kindling. View was gorgeous.

Rustic camp with million dollar views

We had such a fun time with our two weeks at the camp. It was rustic, but had everything we needed to cook and have fun on the property. The beach was breathtaking, and the sauna was wonderful after a day out enjoying the UP. There were even blocks and toys for our 11 month old to play with. The neighbors were all super friendly and more than willing to point us in the direction of something to explore. Would highly recommend, 5/5 for sure!

Keweenaw adventure

Location on white sand beach was superb. Best time I’ve ever had in the Keweenaw. Campfires on beach every night. Plenty of wood and tinder. Lighting in house isn’t good for reading. Lights over sink and table were hard to turn on. Appliances could have been cleaned better. Overall house condition average at best

Fantastic location right on Lake Superior with a great cabin for our family’s vacation to the U.P. Highly recommend for those looking to enjoy the lake and sauna combination and just a great place to unwind!

This is a great stay for those who like off the grid vacations. Beach was excellent and it was very quiet there. This cabin has everything for a north woods stay on Lake Superior. This is an authentic wood barrel sauna that is a must use for sauna lovers.

Xanadu!

This was our 3rd year in a row and 4 stays at this great “camp”. Remote, relaxing, re-energizing. We love this place! Even though cell service is sketchy, our host, Jacob has always been responsive to our questions and needs, thank you!
