Thank you for your feedback, Candice. We apologize about the condition of the back patio and wish we'd had an opportunity to address this during your stay, as it is not up to our usual standard for the guest to find a space this way. Please feel free to give us a call with anything needed during future stays, so that we have the chance to make it right for you during your stay. We understand about the construction, as well, as it is a daily obstacle for many islanders. We are happy that your family was comfortable and we certainly welcome you back anytime! -Padre Escapes

Thank you for the feedback, Maria! Our apologies on not communicating the parking situation better prior to your arrival and will do better in the future. We do work with several different HOA's for our properties and the rules and regulations set in place by them are unfortunately something that is out of our control. Next time you consider to stay with us, we will make sure you have all the necessary information you need for your stay. - Thank you, Padre Escapes

Thank you so much for your enthusiastic review! We’re delighted that your family enjoyed Village on the Greens 103 and found it to be spacious, beautiful, and conveniently located. It’s great to hear you had such a positive experience and that you’re already planning to return later this year. The early check in fee helps us ensure that the property is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for each guest, we consider it a perk if we are able to offer that to our guests when properties are available before 4pm. We look forward to welcoming you back in late August or early September—thank you again for choosing to stay with us!

Thank you for the feedback, we apologize for the noisy neighbors! Fortunately, these are short-term rental properties so the guests change frequently and this is not typically a problem. Thank you for your kind review! Happy to hear you enjoyed your stay with Padre Escapes!
