Layout & Arrangement: The ground floor has a kingsize bedroom and is complemented by a designer ensuite rainfall shower room. The two additional bedrooms are presented as a kingsize with bath & shower over and a supeking with ensuite rainfall shower room. The superking may be presented as either a superking or twin beds (please specify when booking).

Private parking is available for up to three cars. EV charging available.

Berkeley House does NOT accept children under 4 years old.

The property allows one small, hypoallergenic dog.
A standard cleaning fee of £50 / dog applies for any stays with dogs.
Dogs are not allowed on any soft furniture or to access bedrooms and they need to sleep in the kitchen.

We do offer a single bedroom occupancy rates on request.
