Great host and property manager. It is an excellent place to stay. The house was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Check-in was quick and easy, with clear instructions provided by the host. The check-out process was just as simple and hassle-free. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property to others.

We came to Pagosa Springs this weekend for the first time to attend a wedding. Talk about location for this property! Historic home. Two minute walk to downtown, restaurants, and the hot springs. The home is very comfortable and fully stocked with everything you need. Loved the town, loved the home, we'll be back. Drinking coffee in the morning sitting on the front porch looking at the deer roaming in the yard was very peaceful.

This home is in the perfect location and fits our group very well. There are some quirks to the property that come with historic homes, but it matched the energy of our crew. Will definitely visit again!

The location of this house was excellent. We were within walking distance to much of downtown Pagosa Springs. The Mountain view and wildlife watching was fantastic. It was the perfect place for our extended family to stay while in town. The kitchen was well stocked with the necessities (including a crockpot!). The host was responsive and the information provided on site was great.

A short walk and we were downtown shopping. We loved the panoramic view of the mountain. This home fit us perfectly. We will definitely come back to this lovely home.

We had a great stay with plenty of room to spread out. Location was great. We walked to downtown for the hot springs and to eat. Loved seeing the deer in the yard in the evenings.

The home was perfect! Central and walking distance to downtown, the hot springs, and a couple parks. My family and I absolutely loved it here.

Location is perfect!

A nice large home for an extended weekend vacation. It absolutely meet our needs and the location allowed us to walk to town, the Hot Springs Resort, the river and many restaurants and shops.

We loved our stay. One said it reminded her of grandma’s house—it was so comfortable. The porch was the perfect place for morning coffee and evening cocktails. We watched deer stroll through the yard nibbling on small apples from the trees in the yard.
