Récemment rénové! Belle maison de vacances avec piscine tropicale - 6 couchages
Bienvenue dans votre maison loin de chez vous. Cette annonce dans le centre de Tamarindo est une maison de 2 chambres / 2 salles de bains spacieuses et confortables avec tout le mobilier neuf, patio privé, piscine commune, cuisine entièrement équipée, 2 lits king et un lit superposé pour la famille, climatisation, télévision par câble et internet wifi. Les deux chambres disposent de lits king size neufs à l'oreillers avec des draps et des oreillers haut de gamme, la deuxième chambre a un lit superposé artisanal supplémentaire pour dormir 6 total. Le salon a un nouveau grand canapé sectionnel et une chaise club, une table à manger, une cuisine entièrement équipée avec un réfrigérateur et un four à gaz neuf, une cafetière, un mélangeur, un four à micro-ondes, un grille-pain, un set de couteaux, etc. Il y a plein d'espace de rangement dans chaque chambre. Casa Ela est un complexe très paisible et privé avec seulement 4 maisons qui partagent une belle zone commune et une piscine. La maison est l'espace idéal pour des vacances paisibles et reposantes, idéales pour les couples et les petites familles. Le condo est assez proche du centre-ville de Tamarindo et de la plage (à seulement 10 minutes à pied) pour ne pas avoir besoin d'un véhicule. Louer des chariots de golf électriques, des buggy ou des bicyclettes est une activité amusante et c'est une excellente façon de faire du tour de la ville et d'explorer la région. Le propriétaire vit ici à temps plein et peut aider à prendre des dispositions pour le transport, les visites, la location de voiture, etc. ... et parle couramment l'anglais et l'espagnol.
