    Relaxing and comfortable stay in beautiful surroundings

    We have stayed twice and booked again for next year too. Very relaxing place to stay, with beautiful woodland surrounding it and places to walk close by. Comfortable and well equipped; everything we need for a great weekend get away.

    We had a lovely family break. The house was in a lovely quiet location. With lovely view. It had everything you need. It was comfortable and cosy. The hot tub was lovely addition and in a private area.

    Classy place. Tip top condition. Comfortable beds and pillows. Clean as a whistle. Spacey. Everything works. And a pretty mile walk down hill to Ayleburton. We would love to return.

    Great accommodation

    Excellent in every way and would happily stay again. Icing on cake would have been EV charger working (looked like it had no 4g signal) and hot tub was a little over chlorinated……… but these really are inconsequential compared to the really well served farmhouse accommodation. Free access to the estates gardens was definitely a bonus and well worth a walk around.

    The house was everything you could wish for and a beautiful garden.

    We loved everything about the house but felt the fridge was too small, if we were staying longer we would have struggled to get everything in it!

    Beautiful

    Such a great stay. Immaculate and lovely setting. Only thing to improve would be the WiFi. The TV didnt work well at all and we wanted to watch sports and couldn’t. Some WiFi boosters into the lounge would fix it.

    The farm house was very spacious and ideal for the 6 of us. It was very clean and comfortable The dogs loved the large enclosed garden. We enjoyed a walk in the woods from the house and the brewery was half an hours walk away. The house keeper was very good and responded to a couple of queries quickly. It was a good location for visiting the Wye Valley.

    Perfect stay!

    We were a group of 5 with a dog and we could not fault the place! The garden was fully secure for the dog, the house was immaculate and well equiped, and extremely clean! We will definitely be returning!

    We had a lovely week here, in this beautiful quiet cottage. The gardens are lovely too. We liked that each room had access to its own bathroom and the kitchen space was huge.

    We had a superb family long weekend away in a beautiful, well equipped and stunning property. The location was perfect. Tracey was on hand for any queries and was easily contactable. We had an amazing few days and would highly recommend Deer Park Farmhouse.

    Half term

    We booked this last minute when our booking elsewhere was cancelled! What a perfect house for a calm, quiet and chilled half term. Perfect location for walks, bike rides, trips to the FOD! We will definitely be back! The house was cosy & comfortable and had everything we needed. The housekeeper Tracey was very responsive and helpful.

    The house

    We were all visually impressed as we approached the house, and the garden was amazing. The hot tub was immaculately clean and very private. Our only minor criticism was the road down to the pub if you walked it. It was described as a distance of 1mile from the house, which is correct. However it is a dangerous route to take with 5 adults and a dog. It would have been a massive help if a map of walks or shortcuts to the town,avoiding this road was available.

    Another wonderful stay

    Another short break at Deer Park. Such a beautiful place - the garden is just incredible. The house is immaculate and has everything you need. It’s such a beautiful peaceful space to relax. It’s one of the best places we’ve ever stayed. I’m sure we’ll be back.

    Absolutely gorgeous

    We stayed at Deer Park Farmhouse as a group of six and absolutely loved it. The cottage is stylish, spotless, and very cosy, with comfortable bedrooms and a well-equipped kitchen. The hot tub was the highlight, perfect after exploring nearby Puzzlewood and the Forest of Dean. Great location too, close to pubs, shops, and walking trails. The garden made evenings special. A perfect mix of comfort and charm – highly recommend!

    A great place to stay

    We had a great half term holiday at Deer Park farm house. Tracey was very helpful and friendly. The house is very well equipped and spacious. The garden is wonderful, our 2 little dogs loved it! We made full use of the hot tub too.

    Lovely house for weekend away

    House was well equipped and comfortable. Very peaceful and large enclosed garden. Tracey the property manager was really helpful and welcoming. There is only one under the counter fridge and it is too small for 6 adults who are self catering.

    Amazing place!

    We’ve just come back from 3 nights at Deer Park Farmhouse. What an amazing house, and the garden is just fabulous. So much bigger than we expected. The house is immaculate and had everything we needed. The space exceeded our expectations. It’s so peaceful and beautifully maintained. The pre arrival information was super helpful. We were trying to work out when we could return while we were still there. Thank you, we loved it.

    Excellent family accommodation

    We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the roomy house, decor, facilities etc., The garden and surrounding countryside were also amazing.Although the kitchen had everything you could wish for, it would have been useful to have more cutlery and crockery to avoid the need to wash up or put the dishwasher on after every meal. Some of the cooking pots had also seen better days. However, we wouldn’t hesitate to go back.

    The most perfect weekend

    As soon as we arrived we are all in awe of how stunning this property is and once we stepped inside we weren't disapointed! The house was immaculate and beautifully decorated, just stunning in every way! We spoke to Tracey the housekeeper on a couple of occasions and she was really helpful and kind! The location is great because you feel totally secluded yet the village is just down the road with some beautiful country pubs! We had the best weekend ever and I would highly recommend this property to any group of friends or family looking for a peaceful getaway!

    Easter stay

    We had such a lovely time here. Lovely house nicely furnished enough space for the family. If you are bringing small children there are no child plates cups cutlery etc which is not a big deal. There is a narrow travel cot and a high chair which is helpful. There are things close by for kids which was great. Garden space is lovely. Hot tub good quality and a great addition. We would recommend!
