Un studio en bas avec un patio privé et vue sur la montagne près de la piscine

Un studio Legacy Villas en bas avec un lit king-size, un mini-bar, une cheminée, une salle de bain complète et un patio privé rendra votre prochain séjour à La Quinta confortable et agréable. La chambre s'ouvre sur une terrasse privée avec vue sur la montagne offrant un cadre paisible pour la vie en plein air. La chambre offre un grand espace de vie avec un placard, un bureau et une commode. Le mini-bar contient un mini-réfrigérateur, une cafetière et un micro-ondes. La salle de bain a une douche et une baignoire séparée avec des draps adéquats pour une utilisation pendant votre séjour. Il y a une piscine satellite et un bain à remous à environ 20-25 pieds du patio et les principales piscines communautaires et le centre de fitness sont à quelques pas. Situé à l'avant de Legacy Villas, la propriété est également à 5-10 minutes à pied de La Quinta Resort et à quelques minutes en voiture de la vieille ville de La Quinta. Le studio peut être combiné avec LV214 pour créer une spacieuse villa de trois chambres (sous réserve de disponibilité). Le condo a une porte de verrouillage intérieure entre l'unité de 2 chambres et l'unité de studio. Il est prévu que les clients minimisent le bruit autour de la porte de 22h00 à 8h00.

La villa de vacances est située à Legacy Villas à La Quinta. Legacy Villas est une communauté de 280 condominiums et maisons en rangée. La communauté est nichée dans une crique de montagne sur le côté ouest de La Quinta avec vue sur les montagnes Santa Rosa et Chocolate dans toute la propriété. Profitez de 12 piscines et bains à remous d'eau salée, d'un centre de remise en forme et d'un club-house communautaire et d'un barbecue. Legacy Villas est une communauté fermée avec sécurité habitée 24 heures. La communauté est à 5-10 minutes à pied de La Quinta Resort et à seulement quelques minutes en voiture de la vieille ville de La Quinta, du jardin de tennis d'Indian Wells, de l'Indio Polo Grounds et de nombreuses autres attractions du désert.

La Quinta abrite plus de 30 terrains de golf publics et privés. Le défi Career Builder du PGA Tour est organisé dans plusieurs des cours de la ville en janvier. Le tournoi de tennis BNP Paribas est organisé au Indian Wells Tennis Garden chaque mois de mars; à seulement 10-15 minutes en voiture de la majorité de nos propriétés dans la ville. N'oubliez pas le festival Riverside County Fair and Date en février, le festival des arts La Quinta en mars et les festivals de musique Coachella et Stagecoach en avril. La vallée de Coachella est une merveilleuse destination pour l'aventure en plein air en toutes saisons. Great location and very nice room

Nice room and almost no one in the complex in mid May so it wasn’t hard to find a pool with no crowd. Lots of good restaurants nearby.

Clean, comfortable and easy access to any part of Palm Springs Metro!

We enjoyed our stay very much. After spending a day at Indian Wells, it was wonderful to come home to enjoy a bottle of wine on the patio, take a warm shower or bath & a hop into a comfy bed. Without traffic, this property is only about 10 minutes to the Tennis Gardens.

Connect to family

My girlfriend and I stayed in this unit which connects to a larger unit (by opening the adjoining door) where the rest of my family stayed. It was prefect for a family getaway that also provided a little privacy for my girlfriend and me. Very clean, nice bathroom, and a patio with access from the studio. Would stay again!

Excellent location and peace and quiet

This was the perfect getaway for myself and my two pets. We had to get way for a few days while my home was being fumigated. My pets enjoyed the stay being the unit had great A/C nd staying outside was not an option while I had business meetings for our Desert Public Relations firm. Thank you and we will for sure be back. Needs an updated mattress

Nice gated property. Friendly people around. The grounds were kept very clean. The pool area was clean and swimming was a nice treat for us. Plenty of parking. The bathroom was nice, roomy and clean. Has a small refrigerator and is stocked with plastic wine glasses and paper plates, nice for pool area but I do prefer glass. The bed was horrible, had a huge dip in the middle we both left with sore backs and not well rested. It would have been nice to have the patio furniture rinsed off before we arrived because I did enjoy the patio area. The price was reasonable. This is just an honest review of the place. If owner or property manager sees this I’m happy to share thoughts on the little details that would Improve the experience of the guest. Overall, the price reasonable but would have paid more for better quality sleep.

Clean and good unit but not much privacy

French doors beside the bed open onto a patio that is right on the street and a major pathway inside the property. No privacy.

Nice Place in a Nice Community

This is like a very nice room akin to a nice hotel room but with a kitchenette and fireplace. The pool is very close (although not heated) and the community itself is very nice. It's close to Old Town La Quinta which is why we selected this location. The response time to inquiries is very fast.

The property was amazing. I booked this property so that my wife and I could have a romantic get away weekend and it was perfect. If it’s your first time booking here I highly recommend obtaining some help on how to find the room. I will book this place again for sure!

Everything went well till last 24 hours. We called and reported that our cable TV went out at 10 am. We were told someone from maintenance would be calling. We went for a swim for about 2 hours, still no call, 115 degrees & nothing to do. We had no TV 24 hours later when we left. Also wish the studio had a loveseat. Unit was very clean and well maintained.
