Located in Babin Kuk, Lapad, this studio with a terrace and sea view offers convenient access to both the beach and the vibrant pedestrian area filled with bars and restaurants. After a day of exploring the city and its surroundings, you can unwind on your private terrace, enjoying the stunning views over Lapad Bay and the Adriatic Sea. This area offers beaches, cafes, restaurants, and local markets, and it’s the perfect base for exploring the city.The studio features a comfortable double bed (180x200 cm), a cozy sitting and dining area, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a private bathroom. Spanning 30 sqm, it also includes a furnished terrace with a breathtaking sea view. The kitchenette is equipped with a stove, fridge, electric kettle, microwave, and kitchen utensils, while the bathroom offers a shower and a hairdryer for your convenience.All guests have access to shared terrace and to private transfer. Private parking is included.

Lapad is part of Dubrovnik (actually the peninsula) situated just a few kilometers away from Old Town. The connection with an Old Town is very good and the bus goes very frequently. It is a relatively new part of Dubrovnik compared to the history of the Old town. In the past, it was the residence of local merchants and nobility but now it is becoming the biggest residential part of Dubrovnik. The majority of hotels and villas are situated in this part of Dubrovnik.Lapad, the area with lots of good restaurants, places to stay, pedestrian areas, and beautiful beaches with magnificent sunsets. Not so crowded as in the Old Town but only 10 min away by a local bus it represents the perfect place to stay.

Confortable apartment and amazing views

The view of this apartment is incredible. The apartment was comfortable and we spent a lot of time on the terrace. We were there during a heatwave and even though there is only one air con, the apartment was cool. We found it easy to get to the old town, and enjoyed Lapad, with restaurants and groceries at a walkable distance.

Excellent apartment

The views from the balcony were amazing. The apartment itself was very spacious, very homely with large sofas and tv. The tv had the option of Netflix Prime and YouTube, and the WiFi in the apartment was also good. Christina, the host, was very helpful and pleasant. We had a great time on our five day visit.

Highly recommend.

At first I wasn't sure about the location but it actually was super easy walk to bus and at the Old Town in no time at all. Apartment was really comfortable and nice views. Local cafes and restaurants, and supermarket nearby too. Silva explained everything about how to get around Dubrovnik. Highly recommend.

the apartment was very compact but nonetheless contained everything we basically needed. A nice patio with corresponding view and comfortable garden furniture. Apartment cleaned with fresh towels mid-way during stay. Property also has safety box.

Absolutely Perfect Stay – Highly Recommended

We had a fantastic experience staying at this apartment. It had everything we needed and more – fully equipped, very clean, and incredibly comfortable. One of the highlights was the amazing balcony view – the perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring. The location was great, with a short and easy bus ride into the beautiful old town of Dubrovnik. The host was extremely helpful and welcoming, offering great tips and making sure we had everything we needed. It truly felt like a home away from home. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dubrovnik!

Schönes Studio mit tollem Ausblick

Kleines, modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes, sauberes Studio mit tollem Ausblick. Die schön begrĂŒnte Terrasse ist ein Highlight, insbesondere bei hohen Temperaturen. Wenn man genug vom Sightseeing in der Altstadt Dubrovnik hat, ist man schnell unten am Strand zum Schwimmen oder in einem der vielen Lokale an der Promenade. Der direkte Weg zurĂŒck sind dann 236 Stufen, was fit hĂ€lt. Die Wohnung war sehr ruhig, in 8 Minuten ist man der Bushaltestelle, wo man fĂŒr kleines Geld in 10 Minuten direkt zum Pile-Tor kommt - allerdings sind die Busse sehr voll, entsprechend dauert auch das einsteigen allein schon mal 10 Minuten.

Amazing service and very relaxing

Silva and her staff were amazing, so helpful with checking in and advice on what to do in the area. They even helped us out with getting done laundry done which we were very grateful for (we had just been on a boat for 7 days and were in desperate need of a washing machine)!

Wish we had more time in the apartment. If Iever return to Dubrovnik, I would want to stay again.

The apartment is wonderful! So many things we loved: 1. The decor and ambiance felt so natural and comfortable. There was great artwork, plants, gorgeous hardwood floors. We really felt at home. 2. The view & balcony. YES- the pictures are exactly what you see of the multi-colored bay! Simply stunning. 3. The location was perfect. Short walk to Sunset beach, several cafes, bars & restaurants, the marina and about 45 minute walk to the Old City. We walked early one morning and took a taxi back (25€ euro felt slightly expensive compared to 40€ from the airport). You can take a bus or uber, but we were hot and tired and lazy. There is also a path around the entire peninsula that is very maintained for walking, jogging or bicycling. 4. Silva herself is very sweet. We briefly spoke a few times and she was open and kind, sharing her garden and cute dog. She helped arrange the airport transfer as well. PS- Eden Restaurant just a few steps down the hill was excellent. Highly Recommend as well!

Great apartment with beautiful views

Silva was so welcoming. The flat is beautiful with amazing views. We only had one night there on our way back from korcula. We wish we had longer. The area seemed very nice and good for families and couples. I'd highly recommend it.

Stunning apartment.

Stunning apartment with fabulous views. The beds were comfortable, the living room was spacious with sliding doors to a comfortable seating area on the balcony. Close to the beach and nice walks. Supermarkets and restaurants all in walking distance. Would definitely visit again.

Martina's place was extremely cozy and had lot's of character. Bit of stairs to deal with to get down to the sea, but worth it for the privacy and serenity of the place. The size of the apartment was fine and well decorated. The balcony/terrace was the best. Just one note, there were a lot of black flies on the balcony, and not sure where they were coming from. Was a bit annoying to be outside and detracted from the experience a bit. Otherwise nice stay.
