Hideaway_3 BR w/ Private Pool on wooded lot

This property is unique in many ways and tucked away, yet conveniently located near Lake Conroe. Sleeps a total of 6 people with 1 king upstairs in master, 2 queens in 2 bedrooms downstairs. This property also has a private swimming POOL on-site to enjoy along with a small fire pit and grill! And we added a NEW PRIVACY FENCE and outdoor entertaining area with kitchenette and TV in Oct '23.

There are smart TVs in all 3 bedrooms & the living room with Roku. There's a boat ramp in our neighborhood to use upon request, but please let us know prior to check-in, so we may leave a boat ramp pass for you.

While staying with us, you also have access to the Host’s main property in the neighborhood nearby that sits on 5 acres totally fenced in and gated with a private swimming pond, sand volleyball, corn hole, horseshoes, outdoor grills, etc. Just let us know, if this is of interest to you, and we will tell you what you need to do for access.

If you are planning a social gathering during your stay, but guests paid for and disclosed at time of booking will be the only overnight stays, we do still require notification and approval prior to check-in, and additional fees per person 'may' apply depending on the number of additional people expected to enjoy this accommodation with you for your gathering or event. Our Additional Guest Policy is STRICTLY ENFORCED, but again, we do allow social gatherings and want everyone to have a great time, while staying with us, but we do REQUIRE NOTIFICATION PRIOR TO CHECKIN and the Host's final approval.

LATE CHECK-OUT options available at three different levels: Until 12 noon @ no charge Until 2pm @ $45_Until 6pm @ $75. * If a LATE CHECK-OUT is desired, please connect with Host, Roy, via text or call for approval, so we may confirm it will not conflict with any other guests checking in or housekeeping. Upon Host approval, you may pay for and confirm your late check-out via Guest Guide link provided and Stripe Connect (credit card transaction).

** PETS ALLOWED_$50 Per Pet FEE applies upon check-in unless you process payment at time of booking. * We ask that pets are kenneled, when left unattended in our homes. And if they snuggle with you on furniture, we ask that blankets or pads are placed beneath them. ** No pets allowed in pool nor in pool area please.

** NO SMOKING INSIDE, including vapes and e-cigarettes please, but okay to smoke in and around outside areas and patios. Please do not leave cigarette buts lying around.

** Any additional visitors must be approved by owner prior to arrival, additional fees may apply.
