As our guest you will have access to 2 private boat launches as well as all of Walden's amenities including golf, tennis, fitness center & 3 on-site restaurants. The owner of this property has not seen this condo in over six months. The toilet upstairs is broken and not working all light fixtures and can lights in the ceiling are not working busted out and broken. The walls are half painted. The carpet on the spiral staircase is so stained dark and black and needs to be deep cleaned and sanitized. The railing on the staircase needs to be fixed as it is falling apart and about to snap off the wall. All of the decor is outdated and small unmatched square end tables in a square table as your coffee table this place does not accommodate for for 6 to 9 guests. There were dead roaches on the upstairs bed. There were bugs everywhere in the condo. This place is unsanitary and unclean and needs major repair repairs and fixtures. I would halt before you book this condo because you will be livid and extremely disappointed.

Lake Conroe condo

The property is listed as 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Upon arrival, it’s on the 3rd floor with NO elevator and has 1 bedroom, a loft with a double bed and a closet with 2 mattresses on the floor(in the eve of the roof so slanted to about 2 1/2 feet.) It has a STEEP spiral staircase with carpet that is extremely stained and filthy! We are 4 seniors with health issues and absolutely ZERO help was received. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS PROPERTY, THE HOST AND VRBO’s solution. A 50 refund! What a joke! We were told that no other property was available to be moved to. It obviously has NOT been rented for a long time as the garbage bag disintegrated upon removal causing a mess!!!! I would NOT recommend this property to anyone!

Overall a nice place. The beds could benefit from a thicker mattress or pillow topper. Also the interior spiral stairs were a little shakey.

Nice place but not much privacy

Our overall stay was enjoyable; however, the listing as 3 bedrooms was deceiving as 1 of the 3 “bedrooms” is a loft and 1 is basically a cubby room (it was referred to that by owner after contacting her about a couple minor issues). The minor issues were resolved very quickly and the owner was very easy to communicate with.

Much needed vacay

What a great little spot. Kids loved the swimmimg and fishing. Condo had all the necessities. Will be going back for sure!!

Great poolside balcony

Friendly and flexible hosts, cute apartment with well stocked kitchen and comfortable furniture. My 4-star rating for “accuracy of online listing” is only due to the ‘3-bedroom’ description being a bit of a stretch. Once nice bedroom, one bed on the open loft, and two beds on the floor of a finished attic space, accessed from the loft area. Spiral staircase to the loft is not for the faint of heart or elderly! Kids would love this place! Lots of green space to play and right next to the pool. Host provides pool towels, which I’ve never seen at a B&B! Overall, significant value for the price.

We loved lake Conroe
. What a beautiful area in Walden. Visited Navasota, went to Sixflags, played Golf and went to a wedding . Amazing time 🙌

Great place to stay with everything you need to cook a meal for your family. The owner was extremely nice and made sure we were happy. Would rent again.

Fun but not fancy

Good place to stay for fewer than 10 adults or having 4 kids IF you desire roominess. It is not roomy. If you are there to go on the lake and golf, etc. maybe eat out more than in, it’s a good deal. I do recommend it for those who don’t demand luxury or a direct view of the lake. Those who like to spend more on activities and bring out and aren’t into handing around in the condo, I definitely recommend it.
