Idéal maison de Nantucket pour les couples ou une famille. Maison rénovée très privée peut accueillir six, 2. 5 salles de bains. Cour privée fermée, idéale pour les enfants. Emplacement exceptionnel juste à côté de Cliff Road; 7 minutes à pied de la plage, 15 minutes à pied de la ville. Près du Westmoor Club, des pistes cyclables, du Something Natural, des Steps et des plages de Washing Pond. La maison principale a été récemment améliorée pour inclure l'air central et la chaleur partout. Option chambre séparée disponible (dort un) avec salle de bain privée, dans la maison de transport, ce qui en fait une location très privée de 4 chambres, si désiré

Environs: Notre maison est située sur une charmante route de campagne rurale (non goudronnée) à la périphérie de la ville, mais une promenade facile aux plages et à 15 minutes à pied du centre-ville. Nous surplombons les zones humides, le Westmoor Club, au-delà, et sommes suffisamment éloignés de Cliff Road pour limiter les bruits de circulation, tout en permettant un accès facile. Nous avons un aménagement paysager mature, donc en saison, la maison ne peut pas être vu de la route. Les deux cours avant et arrière sont exceptionnellement privées - la cour arrière est fermée et a deux entrées gated, de sorte qu'il est parfait pour les jeunes enfants (nous en avons deux). Nous sommes également assez près de la piste cyclable Cliff Road, ce qui est toujours une activité agréable et un bon moyen de voir plus de l'île - en particulier les plages côté baie (marches, étang de lavage, etc)

Restaurants: Nous sommes à 5-15 minutes en voiture de tous les restaurants du complexe, mais étant donné l'intimité et le cadre de la maison, nous trouvons souvent nous-mêmes et nos invités à dîner sur la terrasse arrière avec un barbecue ou un repas plus formel. si on le désire. Nous avons un four de DCS de pedigree de restaurant approprié à tous les buts professionnels de cuisine, et un gril à gaz de Weber pour de grands poissons et viandes.

Charming Nantucket Home in Excellent Location!
This was our third year in beautiful, charming 37 Pilgrim Rd. The house and garden are perfectly appointed -- with lovely bedrooms, great living space, and amazing location right off Cliff Road about a 5 min drive to town and a 15 minute walk. Our family has loved this house which is very much a home. I could not rate it higher than I have - and hope to return for summers to come!

We loved this house! Fantastic location where we walked into town as well as iconic Steps Beach on a daily basis. The house itself is private, decorated meticulously, and cozy. We felt like we were staying at a friends home instead of a rental. Hope to stay here again!

Beautiful Home near Beautiful Beach
We loved our stay at Ron's home. Weather was not ideal for our stay so we ended up spending a lot of time at the house - and there was plenty of room for everyone. The bedrooms are generously sized with good storage and there is great seating downstairs for conversation and for meals. Beautiful light, nice to have AC for the 99% humidity days, and great location. You can tell that Ron puts a lot of thought and care into maintaining his home, and we really luxuriated in the benefits of that effort! We hope to stay again next year. 2 points I would highlight for those traveling with a small pet or children: (1) the backyard is enclosed by hedges, not a fence, so dogs and determined children can easily pass through - that said, the hedges provide lovely privacy and we enjoyed our time in the back yard greatly; (2) the walk to town and the beach is not completely on sidewalks - there are some stretches where we had to walk along the side of the road in the grass, which can be challenging if you're pushing a stroller.

Perfect Nantucket Home and Fabulous Location!
I was drawn to the listing first because of the excellent location off of Cliff Road within walking to distance to town/beach, and then was impressed with the great photos that showed a charming Nantucket home. The photos don't capture, though, the truly beautiful property it sits on - with a lush green garden in front and in back, and a light filled wonderful house. The bedrooms were all a good size - with really pretty interior design. The house off of Cliff Road provides a great deal of privacy - and all the amenities were great. I loved everything about this home and will absolutely come back to it. Also, the owner could not have been more responsive and helpful before and during our stay. My entire family just loved it!

Perfect first visit to Nantucket
We enjoyed every minute on Pilgrim Road. The location is perfect for walking to beaches and into town. The house is very comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. When we return next year this home will again be our first choice!

Our family had a great week at 37 Pilgrim! House is a short bike ride to town and/or car ride to Steps/Jetties beach. Just remember to bring toys/yard games if you have young children. The owner was always very polite and responsive with questions prior to arrival.

Amazing place!
My family stayed in this home for a week. It was amazing! The home is beautiful. It’s in a perfect location, a mile out of town. We easily walked into town and to Jetties Beach. Anytime I had a question I messaged Ron and he got right back to be. The outside deck is great. My family had all our meals on the deck. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us. Our time in Nantucket was great!

Relaxed to the Max!
We stayed at Ron's home for two weeks in July 2019. The home was well appointed for cooking and relaxing on the very private deck and backyard. Steps beach is a short walk or shorter drive with ample parking. We woke up with our 1.5 year old and played on the deck in the morning sun. Then napped. Then spent the afternoon on the beach almost everyday. The house was perfect! You are very close to town a short drive or bike ride. There are plenty of other beaches easily accessible from the location. Thanks Ron!

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

I have known Nantucket since my college days when I worked as a waiter at The Club Car. It's always been a special place, and I wanted my young daughters to enjoy the same experiences I have had there. The house appealed because of its flexibility (the property can handle a large family or just a couple), has a private, rural feel, but is also very close to town. I travel too much to get here often, so I like to relax once I've arrived and not worry about driving miles to town. The bicycle path on Cliff has been a great treat for my children and an unexpected location bonus. So too is the Westmoor Club - located within walking distance, where we were early members.

The property has mature plantings so during the summer it is difficult to see any neighbor from the house. That makes dinner on the back deck even more special. The outdoor shower gets a lot of use, too, on those many great beach days.

The property is close to town and a hidden beach (Town center - a few minutes by car, or a 15/20 minute walk; Hinkley Beach - 5 minutes on a bike, or an 8-minute walk at the end of Hinkley Road), yet the property is very private, with mature landscaping on a rural road. Privacy and proximity. Westmoor Club a short walk away.
