About this space
This beautiful apartment features everything you need to enjoy Portland like a local in the heart of the popular Laurelhurst neighborhood. Enjoy a gourmet kitchen, 2 comfortable bedrooms, shared backyard, safe, quiet street and easy access to public transit.
The space
Newly built garden-level apartment is clean bright, and cozy and offers a gas fireplace, heated floors, and most every comfort of home. Many amenities and entertainment options such as board games, puzzles, cable and great Internet connection for work. Coffee to get you going in the morning. Lots of hot water for your showers or soak in the deep tub. You also have a private laundry room. Guests also have access to the shared, fenced-in backyard that has a covered patio, dining set, grill, fire pit table heated throws and room for the little ones. A pack-and-play is set up for our littlest guests, in their private space off the main bedroom.
Guest access
Private side entrance. Street parking is a breeze. Electronic lock entrance allows easy access, so arriving at anytime is a breeze. The code is sent a couple days before your arrival.
If no other guest is coming or going on the days that you arrive and check-out then we can be extremely flexible on check-in and check-out times. Just touch base with us to find out! However, if we need to accommodate another guest then we need to limit check-in time to as early as 3pm and check-out time to as late as 11am. This allows us to be able to turn around the apartment to our exacting standards of cleanliness, which we know people appreciate.
Other things to note
If you like the outdoors we are between 2 huge beautiful parks! Laurelhurst Park is a few blocks away and has a great playground in addition to walking/biking paths around a beautiful pond with ducks. If you feel like a hike, Mt Tabor Park has an easy, moderate and difficult trails to choose from--we have a map.
If you have a little one with you that does not require a bed, they do not count towards our 4 guest maximum. We have a binder FULL of information to help you enjoy your stay!
In case is raining there's umbrellas for your convenience!

This is such a great community with wonderful neighbors. It's close to 2 beautiful parks and is quiet and peaceful. Yet it is so walkable to shops and food carts.
We have lived here for nearly 40 years and feel blessed to call this home!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique
We enjoy hosting young families and try to provide everything needed for them. If Grandma and Grandpa stay here, grandkids are welcome to visit! Of course we are located in a hip area that has alot to offer, all ages!
