Just one step away from the footpath where you can also park your car right next to the entrance. The apartment has two reception/living rooms, making it very spacious. It is situated very close to the swimming pools and terrace area. It has a great sunny aspect enjoying sunshine late into the day, an up to date kitchen, comfortable lounge furniture with the secondary lounge leading onto the bright terrace.

Villa was enjoyable. Spacious, clean and comfortable, however on the expensive side compared to other similar villas in Nerja.Working with property manager on the invoicing a little challenging.

Perfect location

We love this apartment, great facilities and location with parking outside the door. It has a well stocked kitchen and good outside space. If you want a comfortable quiet holiday this apartment is perfect. There is no air-conditioning only ceiling fans so worth noting if visiting in high temperature months.

With regards to the Air Conditioning , there is air conditioning in the property, this is a general unit run through the vent system and the controlpanel for this is on the wall to the left of the front door. There are no indiviual units. We apologise if this was not made aware to you, and this is something we will have to advise on. So thankyou for bringing this to our attention,. We are happy that you enjoyed your stay and hope to see you again soon at Oasis.

We had a splendid time

The beautiful view on the garden and a little bit of the sea. The quiet location and the terrace with sun until sunset. You can walk to Burriana beach, Balcón de Europa and Nerja centre along a path, the beach and steps. Reniew the photos of the dining room.

Highly recommend...location and facilities perfect

This apartment is perfect if you want a bit of extra space due to the second living space which is set up as a dining area. The terrace is a good size with sun from mid morning till sunset, perfect for evening dining. The kitchen is the best we have had in over 7 years, good size and so well equipped. There are 2 good sized bedrooms and a lovely modern bathroom. The apartment is very secure with gates on the front door and both sets of patio doors and you can park outside with no steps to the entrance and only a few steps to the pool. We will definitely be booking this apartment for next year. A safe for the use of guests would be a very welcome addition to the apartment.

Relaxing and comfortable

The apartment is on an attractive, quiet and well kept complex. Apartment was cosy and well equipped like a home from home. Nice clean pool area and only 10 min walk from the beach and nearest supermarket. The sliding doors sometimes locked when closing them meaning you could get locked out on the balcony with no way to get back in. It did rain heavily one night and the water seeped under the sliding door into the sunroom meaning we had to mop the floor when we got up. The snack bar near the pool is closed indefinitely which leaves the pool area lacking with no way to buy a drink, ice creamsnack. It seems a shame as there were families round the pool that would have used it I’m sure.

Sehr schönes Appartement

Die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist grandios. Ringsrum ist alles steil mit vielen Treppen aber hier ist der Zugang von der Straße mit nur einer Stufe möglich und man kann direkt vor der Tür parken. Die Ausstattung, insbesondere der Küche ist sehr gut. Allenfalls eine Geschierspülmaschine fehlt. Die Betten sind sehr gut. Fehlende Weingläser wurden binnen 24 Std. ergänzt.
