Welcome to this budget caravan .
It sleeps 4 in comfort. The master bedroom has a double bed and  the  2 other bedrooms ,2 single bed in each.



The property is pet-friendly so the whole family can join you on holiday!. Only 2 minutes walk from the front gates to the South Beach.


As a self-catering property you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave.
The caravan is a perfect place to relax and offers a television with Freeview.


There is one bathroom, which has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.


Beds are made up for your arrival to make your stay more enjoyable.
Cot,towels highchair hire is available. Charges on request.
After along day enjoying the many local attractions why not relax in the indoor swimming pool followed by a drink or a meal in the site club?. Both are open until 25th October. Passes for both and the kids club available at extra cost from reception. Alternatively there are many local pubs and restaurants and the Oasis pool in Hunstanton.


House Rules:
- Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out is 10am. Early check-in and late check-out times are available at extra cost. Charges on request.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- There are free parking on premises parking facilities available at the property.
- Pets are allowed at the property but a maximum of 2 dogs per unit due to site rules.
Due to local council byelaws sign written commercial vehicles are not allowed on site. Hen and Stag parties are not allowed by site rules.
A damage deposit of £75 is required which can be made by bank transfer up to 7 days before your stay or by cash on arrival. Refunds will be made by the same format as payment.
