Wonderful experience, lovely condo and responsive host. The hotel pool is great and easy access to the beach. We had 8 adults and there was plenty of room. The property staff were very nice and Amy was helpful with the questions we had while there.

Clean condo with nothing broken. Every utensil you could need. Great patio with plenty of seating. Great views from the 14th floor. Restaurant and sports bar are great so you really do not need to leave the property.

We had a great time staying here! The views were beautiful! The condo was super clean, inside and out. The pools, gym, bars, and restaurants were great also. We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay again.

This condo has everything that you need. Great layout, comfortable beds, plenty of bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen, and an amazing patio with wonderful views of the ocean and sunsets! Owner was very responsive and easy to work with.

Family Vacation

Easy check in and out. Lovely condo, comfortable accommodations for 10 adults . Safe and secure unit and parking. Cooked several meals and kitchen has all needed utensils and nice newer appliances. Seating for everyone inside and out on the patio with breathtaking views!

Amazing Views

The suite we stayed in was simply perfect. The layout was perfect with the right amount of Bathrooms to Bedrooms. Great accommodations and of course that view, absolutely Amazing. The host was very responsive with the few little questions I had. Check in was seamless and easy and checkout was even easier. We will definitely be booking this room the next time we stay in Puerto Penasco.

Amazing property with beautiful views

First time going to Rocky Point, and this property made my trip worth it. My Family and I were stunned at just how beautiful this property was. Everything was just as described and the host were quick to respond with any questions even letting us know about AC alerts. This property has amazing pools and beach views. Highly recommend to anyone traveling with a big group.

Just lovely!

We had a great time in Mexico with our family over Thanksgiving. The beach, resort and pool were just wonderful. Love the sunsets! Swim-up bar with food and drinks. They even deliver to your room. Housekeeping came every day for trash. Front desk took care of our issues quickly and we just loved it! The room was so spacious and comfortable for all of us, kitchen well stocked and fun.

Christmas 2019

Great outside space with awesome proximity to and views of the ocean. Kitchen well appointed. Disappointed the grill and lights over tiki bar not working, although the staff did try to fix it but had to order the part. Jay was very responsive throughout the rental process. Oddly, front desk and store staff not partiularly friendly. Convenient to have the store there though. First time in 30 years it rained while in Rocky Point, we still had a great time!

We had an amazing long weekend celebrating my birthday. The unit was spacious, very well kept, and everything was modern and beautifully decorated. The balcony and views were spectacular and a great time was had by all.

This condo was a dream - beautiful, spacious, and the perfect spot for our vacation . The resort and pool areas were always spotless and well-maintained. The one hiccup: no water at night for small periods of time for the first two nights. We had to go to the front desk because the phone was always busy . The host was super responsive and fixed it ASAP. Failing water at a resort was a first for us, but didn't ruin the trip. Would definitely stay again!

Amazing! Can’t wait to return!

This property was amazing! The family and I wanted to take a last minute vacation before everyone had to go back to school. The condo was beautiful and clean, the check in and out was to easy. Jay Rodenburg was very helpful and courteous and such a great host. Would recommend to anyone who wants to stay close and have a beautiful room and view of sandy beach. Will be booking with him again in the future.

Could be better

Perfect location, only reason for three star is the air conditioning was a constant issue, we followed directions to the letter and found ourselves sweating and wondering if air was flowing from the vents or not, to pay this rate we expected to have a comfortable stay indoors. We have stayed at other condos in the area and we’re able to set the air conditioning at any temperature we wanted without any problems

Sorry the AC units didn't keep up with the heat and humidity. Not sure if the sliding doors where kept open but that can cause it to not get desired temp inside with doors open. I know temperatures were 117 degrees in Phoenix during those days so they must have been very hot in RP also, first time we've heard this issue, we'll get it resolved.
