within the Aria di Mare estate, close to St. Barbara Beach in Katelios.
Villa Lilia, specifically, is a single-level property featuring two
bedrooms, an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area. On either side
of the living space, there are en suite bedrooms with sliding doors
that lead to the poolside terrace. The outdoor living space includes a
brick-built BBQ and a shaded dining area, accompanied by comfortable
sunbeds adjacent to the private pool. The villa provides secure parking
and is conveniently located within walking distance to local sandy
beaches, a supermarket, bakery, bars, tavernas, and the harbor of
Katelios. Additionally, a nearby bus stop enhances accessibility to the
surrounding areas.

comfortable sofas and Free Wi-Fi. There are patio doors to the pool
terrace.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.
