Stone villa located in a unique property front of the sea,offers amazing seaviews and fully privacy.
Ground floor building constructed by the traditional Ionian way with stones that have been collected from the area, decorated with boho style,consists of:
Kitchen / Living room, with fully equipped kitchen with oven / hob, microwave, refrigerator / freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster, coffee maker. There is the dining room and the living room with satellite TV, AC and the balcony door leading to the Pool area.
There is bedroom with double King size bed (1.60m), wardrobe, AC,ensuite bathroom with shower, toilet, washbasin
There is also second bedroom with double King size bed (1.60m), closet, AC and ensuite bathroom with shower,washbasin,toilet. There is balcony door that leads to the Swimming Pool.
Outdoor located the dining under the shade of pergola,sunbeds,BRBQ and of course the private pool of the villa.
What characterizes Stone villa is fully privacy and of course the Incredible Seaviews.
Our area :
In one of the most beautiful places of Kefalonia, in the Southwest side of the island,located the coastal area of ââAgios Thomas with the homonymous beach, which has Geological, Paleontological, Aesthetic and Mythological interest.
At the coastline natural craters have been created who collect seawater, which after evaporating leaves a crust of brine on the surface.This crust ("afrala") collected by the locals and is essentially the "salt flower".
The area is dominated by the rock "Geronitsia" where according to the legend the elderly were thrown from the top so they would stop to be an obstacle in life,
As well the faucet with running water next to the centuries-old plane trees.
The area is located close to Argostoli (14km), the Airport (12km) and just a few minutes driving distance from the well-known beaches "Trapezaki", "Lourdas".
Nearby is the Castle of Agios Georgios, the Mycenaean cemetery of Mazarakata, the Monastery of Agios Andreas Milapidias which has a Byzantine Ecclesiastical Museum.

My most beautiful childhood memories are engraved in Agios Thomas,
the sound of "silence" at dawn, the swimming on the beach of Agios Thomas, the diving from the flat rocks, the thirst in the fountain with the running waters, the rest in the shade of the plane trees, the concentration of salt in the "avales" '(toponym), the sound of raging waves when there was wind.
The love of this place lead me to share these "experiences", and pictures, to give the opportunity to others to find themselves in a place so authentic and truly unique, to experience the Kefalonian hospitality.
Thus was created St.Thomas Villas, a complex of seven autonomous villas, beautifully located in the area to offer amazing seaviews, privacy, private pool and comforts.
With our discreet presence and full support to our guests we want to create the most pleasant holiday memories.
