The co-host who checked us in was super helpful with recommendations and made us feel welcome! It’s was a great stay for us as a young couple who wanted to explore a lot on foot and overall great value for money.

Our stay was nice, just as it looks in the photos. The check in and check out process could have been better, the check in was later than we were told and the checkout was an hour earlier than it states on VRBO website. The location was close to everything but not on a super busy street.

There were many shops nearby, access to the Mercat Sant Antoni is very simple. The kitchen was functional, the refrigerator was very clean. the bathroom was clean/functional. My only minor suggestion is to put instructions on the clothes washer/dryer, at least I was able find instructions online. Otherwise, a fantastic stay. Great value.

While waiting for key we got mugged and gold chain stolen. Paid for 3 nights and stayed 1 night. Not a safe area!

Tim im so sorry again, i told you to wait in a cafe and you were standing in the street. I swear you this is the first time something like this happens to a guest of us. Unfortunately anywhere in the old town you can get quickly mugged. Hope you had a better time after this issue. Bests.

The kitchen was nicely equiped. The housekeeping was average because the table in the living room wasn't cleaned when we arrived. The bedside tables were very dusty.The apartment was well located although the neighborhood was a bit dodgy. We couldn't find anything other than halal meat.On the other hand, the contacts with our host were very nice and the person who welcomed us was also great and it was really pleasant because we arrived very late.The host was very accommodating regarding departure.

Loved the location

The apartment was super simple and just what we needed. We walked (almost) everywhere in the city but when we needed a metro, it was a close 5-7min walk. A great breakfast place just a couple minute walk away and even some pastries right on our street. About a 15 min walk to Las Ramblas. Host was great with communication and check in was simple. Would stay here again.

Small, simple apartment – perfect for a short 1–2 night stay. For this price, it’s really hard to find anything better in Barcelona. It was the cheapest private place I could find, with its own bathroom, small kitchen, and everything needed for a short visit. It’s not a place that impresses with style, but if you’re choosing between a hostel and a private flat, this one is definitely worth it.The location is very good – about 1.3 km from La Rambla and 1.6 km from the Magic Fountain, so almost in the heart of Barcelona. The nearest metro station is around 150 meters away, which makes it easy to get anywhere. The neighborhood is quite mixed and not the cleanest or quietest part of the city, but despite what some reviews say, we never felt unsafe.The host was great – very responsive, helpful, and friendly. Overall, a good and affordable place for a short stay in Barcelona.Highly recommended.Krzysztof

Cozy place

We requested to check-in an hour early and they were willing to make this happen for us. We were able to drop our stuff off while the host finished cleaning. The apartment was small but pleasant, and well-equipped with the things we needed. Both the shower and kitchen are quite small and the bathroom door handle was broken. The bed was squeaky and we were able to hear the neighbors most of the time. Overall, we had a nice stay and were happy with the space.

We stayed here for 3 nights and unfortunately our experience was disappointing. At check-in the app didn’t notify us or allow us to access the host’s messages, and when we contacted the host via WhatsApp, instead of a welcome he was rude and we were told the issue wasn’t he's fault and to wait for the manager, who lived 40 minutes away. We waited outside with our luggage for about an hour. On arrival we were informed there was a water problem in the building, which lasted almost 24 hours. During this time we couldn’t shower, flush the toilet, or wash our hands. The manager kindly left us an 8L bottle of water, which was thoughtful but not a real solution The apartment itself was not clean, the towels had an unpleasant smell, and once the water returned we had to clean the kitchen and utensils ourselves. The cooktop also didn’t work, and by the time the manager provided instructions, the food we had purchased had gone to waste On a positive note, the location was ok and the manager, once present, was polite and tried to help. However, due to the lack of cleanliness, the long water outage, and difficulties with the facilities, this property didn’t meet our expectations. We booked it as an ideal studio for a couple with cooking facilities, but sadly it turned into our least enjoyable stay in Europe. We would not recommend this property.

Nous avons été bien accueillis et avons passé un super séjour !L'appartement est bien situé si on souhaite se déplacer facilement dans la ville. Il y a plein de petits commerces aux alentours, le métro juste à côté. L'appartement est très bien équipé (cuisine, grille pain, bouilloire...serviettes, linge). Les points négatifs sont l'isolation et la propreté qui peut être améliorée mais pour le reste tout s'est très bien passé lors de notre séjour. Merci!

Escapade à Barcelone !

L’emplacement est juste parfait à deux pas du métro Quartier populaire avec tous commerces de proximité et tous les commerçants très sympathiques L’appartement est joliment décoré et fonctionnel Je reviendrais sans hésiter ! Die Wohnung liegt mittendrin. Perfekte Lage! Man kann alles zu Fuß erreichen: Bahn, Bus, die Rambla, den Hafen.Küche war gut ausgestattet. Ein Topf mehr wäre nicht schlecht gewesen. Die Dusche war mäßig. Eine Duschstange wäre optimal gewesen, man konnte nur duschen, wenn man die Brause gehalten hat. Aber es gab warmes Wasser und der Druck hat auch gepasst.Die Wohnung liegt in der Altstadt, das Bad ist nachträglich eingebaut, deshalb Platz begrenzt.Das Zimmer war ruhig, wir hatten alles was wir brauchten. Wir hatten echt nichts zu meckern!!! Kommunikation war auch gut, die Infos hier bei FeWo könnten zum Check in genauer sein. Aber direkte Antwort über den Chat!Tipp für die Anreise: Fahrt vom Flughafen mit der Metro. Die wird über die Nahverkehrsapp nicht angezeigt. Funktioniert super und kostet 5,80 p.p. Vom Flughafen.L9S bis torrassa, in die L1 bis Universitat und dann in die L2 bis San Antoni. Viel Spaß!!!Und danke für alles!
