L'appartement Terrace 2 sur Valencia St

Élégant appartement de deux chambres avec 1 salle de bain complète et 1 salle de bain et demi. Cet appartement présente encore les plafonds originaux décorés et des sols en mosaïque.
Chaque chambre a un lit double (140x200cm et 135x190cm) et le canapé-lit dans le salon est de 135x190cm. L'appartement peut accueillir jusqu'à 5 personnes. Cependant, l'occupation de 4 serait idéal.

Il y a une terrasse privée avec table et chaises.
S'il vous plaît noter note actuellement, nous n'acceptons pas les séjours du groupe d'invités de moins de 30 ans. o., qui ne sont pas accompagnés d'adultes de plus de 30 ans. o.
Nous vous rappelons que les fêtes de toutes sortes ne sont pas autorisées dans l'appartement et sur la terrasse. STRICTEMENT INTERDIT. S'il vous plaît noter qu'il est très important d'être très respectueux envers les voisins, pour garder le bruit pendant la journée et ne pas faire de bruit du tout de 22h à 8h du matin.

It was a lovely stay. We were 6 adults and the apartment is like the photos. Sunny, welcoming, near Sagrada Familia and the host was easy to communicate with. For the price, it is very good. The beds are not so comfortable unfortunately and it could be cleaner. We were happy with our stay overall!

The apartment is well located, has all facilities as looks as described. Good and prompt communication with host. One caveat, there is a tenuous, variable but persistent humidity smell in the apartment.

We enjoyed our stay - can't beat the location! Air conditioning was a huge PLUS after hot days of sight-seeing. The check-in process and host communication was excellent throughout our visit. The apartment was extremely clean (one exception was the shower).

The flat has beautiful, original features, also we had access to the roof terrace. It was in a great part of Exiample. There are plenty of shops, cafes, restaurants all around. Great public transport access, which was very easy to use. Barcelona is a beautiful city. We will be back.

Wow this apt is soo cute exactly what I was looking for! It was just like the pictures, historic and Barcelona at its finest! The apt was really clean which I really appreciate and look for, there were more than enough towels, there was AC so needed. The location is perfect you can walk or catch public transportation which we did frequently! Great place

Barcelona bliss!

Our family of five (kids ages 18,20,23) had a fantastic stay at this location! Hosts were clear and prompt. Home was clean, comfortable and beautifully air conditioned. The home is wonderfully located, well equipped and decorated and we had a great time as a result. Would ABSOLUTELY stay here again…piece of heaven, thank you!

Definitely would stay again

This apartment is in the most ideal location. Very safe, and walking distance to many places, or a short walk to the metro. The apartment itself is a perfect size and the sunroom and patio are such an extra bonus, not to mention the rooftop! Loved it and should our travels ever get us back to Barcelona, this will be the first place I look to stay at.

We so enjoyed our first visit here. The aot was lovely and the terrace a wonderful space. We loved the tiled floors as well as the rooftop terrace. Definitely wotlrth the stay.

Location, character and a private patio

Great spacious place with loads of original character in the most central area of BCN. Able to easily walk to any neighborhood for food, sights, etc. Loved the patio! Would stay again for sure.

Great location for tourist hop on hop off. One of the toilets did not work and there was a foul odor ended up opening window and door seem to help a bit.

Great place in a great location!

The terrace apartment is perfect for a visit to Barcelona. It's centrally located close to all the main districts, conveniently located to the Metro, and everything you need to enjoy your visit to this magnificent city. If we are fortunate to return, we would 100% stay here again.

Perfect location in Barcelona

I stayed here with my fiancé for 4 days and we really loved it! The neighborhood is great and filled with restaurants and cultural spots. We felt like locals immediately. The checkin and communication was super easy too. Thank you!!

Sewer gas, great location

Instructions to check in were a bit fuzzy, yet we were able to access an apartment only to be told 3 hours later it was the wrong one. We were moved to another (the one listed) that had a terrible sewer gas smell. After 2 nights our host made arrangements for a 3rd place - which was wonderful. The hosts were accomodating, eventually, and the location was terrific! Do not book this specific apartment.

It felt dungy. The full bath was so small when you sat on the loo you could almost touch your knees on the door. A very large person would not be able to fit in it. It is advertised as over 800sq ft. It’s not unless you count the terrace. The bedrooms are so narrow you can barely lean over to put your socks on if you are sitting on the bed. The second bedroom you can’t open a closet door all the way without hitting the bed. The beds are hard and the pillows even harder. The couch was uncomfortable as were the chairs on the terrace. The pictures showed a living room chair and 2 lounge chairs for outside but they weren’t there. The kitchen was well supplied. But-the microwave; You need 2 hands to open the door and it sometimes will not kick in. You have to stop it and start it again. The stove top is a manual lighter meaning you need matches. That’s fine but- if you are a young person from a country with electric stoves they'd be clueless on how to light it. The sinks have no plugs. We managed to do the dishes the last morning but plugs would help! Wifi is aweful! Kicks in and out. Doesn’t even work in the entire apt nor on the terrace. Confused over who runs it as multiple contacts supplied. Rooftop terrace hours are so short can’t take advantage of going up in the evening. Entry is easy! Washing machine was the best we have used in the 3mo of traveling. Overpriced even with the good location except for airport bus not close. Noisy elevator and people all night long.

Great location in Sagrada neighborhood

Apartment was clean and conveniently located for sightseeing. Online description was accurate. Beds are small compared to U.S. standard as expected. Best suited for 2-3 people. Outdoor terrace was a bonus!
