The area is newly built homes, quiet, and secure. Quiet townhouse and 17 miles away from the heart of San Francisco. The house is close to the Richmond Ferry that takes you to San Francisco. There are lots of local amenities, new restaurants, a brewery, and Starbucks.

The area is perfect for trips to San Francisco, sailing school, graduation for Berkeley students, Napa wine tasting, and visiting the Bay Area overall.

From the Richmond Marina Ferry (Please check operation schedule) to San Francisco takes only 30 minutes. A faster alternative versus taking a bus to Bart station to SF.

The property is three floors and will require going up and down stairs.

Family visit

This property is outstanding. The whole area is quiet and feels safe. My sister cousin and I were all born and raised in Richmond. We now live in Northern CA and Washington. We were a little hesitant of this choice, but it was so close to our other cousin who is in poor health and couldn't join us, so we got to visit her at her home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. All the beds are comfortable, the house is clean. The parking is a gamble on being close or not, but we lucked out each time and were able to get a spot close enough to the house. It's an easy drive to the Rosie the Riveter National Park, the Richmond Ferry, and countless other spots around the Bay Area. The only drawback was the kitchen. On all our other get-togethers we've cooked mostly and gone out a little. This kitchen is really lacking in kitchen ware for cooking, so we bought mostly frozen items and warmed them in the microwave. It all worked out fine. We like to play games. We had a great time each night playing games we brought with us. We're all 79 and 80 years old. We were all able to do the stairs to the rooms and living room/kitchen area. We were happy we choose this house. Thank You, Charles

This property was great! The townhouse was beautiful and spacious. The host was clear in their instructions. We didn't run out of coffee (which is also a plus with 6 adults). It was shoes-off which wasn't a deal breaker for us but might be for some. Also the parking situation is difficult. Yes, you can park in any spot but all of the spots were regularly taken. One of our guests had a handicapped tag so she was able to use that spot. 2 days we had to park in front of the garage (approved by the host but discouraged). Other than that, i would recommend to anyone!

Very nice home, as advertised.

Me and my family stayed 4 nights in this home and we were very satisfied. The home met everyone of our needs. It was clean, comfortable, and showed pride of ownership. It has beautiful hardwood floors and a modern kitchen that was well stocked. The location was great and was a short drive to Berkeley where we have family. I recommend this home and would definitely stay here again.

Even Better Than Advertised

My daughter and I stayed for a week and really enjoyed the property. Location was safe and quiet. The place itself was even nicer than it appeared in the online listing. Communication with the owner was excellent and the check-in/check-out process was smooth and efficient. Would definitely recommend.
