Everything as expected. A small hiccup with coffee maker that was resolved immediately by owner. Furniture all super comfy!

Nice little house

Nice little house that fit our needs. Close to all kinds of coffee shops, restaurants, and grocery stores. Only a few issues is that the box spring in the left bedroom was very squeaky. Every time we moved it would wake the other person. Other than that we were satisfied. Communication with the owner was quick also.

WOULD STAY AGAIN IN A HEARTBEAT!

We were visiting Miami on a Birthday getaway for my fiance and I have to say, the townhouse we stayed in was a gem! I loved it so much! It was well kept, super clean and close to everything. But what we loved the most was Samantha's hospitality! She was informative, accommodating, and accessible. The small details meant a lot and enhanced our vacation because she provided us with suggestions like a great coffee shop as well as other local eateries and attractions. The home was equipped with everything you will need for your stay. The back patio was my favorite! I loved sitting by the water drinking coffee in the morning, and babe loved drinking his 'beverage of choice' by the water at night lol! Thanks Samantha- we'll be back! If you're visiting the Miami area and looking for a great location, with all the comfort and amenities you won't be disappointed. Jerold & Tiff

Well located, with some great outdoor space

After arriving in a closed up appartment in Miami a few weeks ago we were on the lookout for something with a nice outdoor space. And this place really delivered: in addition to the practical and well equipped rooms there was a great outdoor deck which we used to read/relax and even have the apero. Proximity to the North and Surf beaches was an added boon. Communication with Samantha was swift and clear.

Beautiful Oasis!

This property is so beautiful. I felt like I was on a private island. The backyard is so relaxing to be in and the owners were so nice and accommodating. I will definitely stay here again!

Great for family trip

I visited Samantha’s home with my fiancé, 5 yr old son and infant. She made sure we had everything we needed. There was even a changing table. The location was in a very pleasant and safe neighborhood with a beautiful beach right down the street. I would highly recommend staying here. I would love to be a returning guest. Perfect for us!

We really enjoyed our stay and everything was as expected. Opened the front door and was pleasantly surprised. We had 2 couples and an extra guest for 1 night and thought that the accommodations were great. Good location close to the beach was nice.

Enjoyed Our Stay

We enjoyed our stay and ended up liking the area. Some aspects of the house (carpets, rugs, furniture) are a bit more dated and worn than it appears in photos, but overall the house was clean and comfortable. I would not say, as other reviewers did, that the location or house were better than expected. For the weekly price we expected a bit better but had a nice time regardless.

Exceeded my expectation

Samantha's place was very very nice all the amenities that you would ever need . Beds were extremely comfortable comfortable quality towels and toilet tissue. Location was within walking distance of stores. The height and size of the toilets were for adults. Lol not like some smaller ones ive seen at hotels. The kitchen has nice appliances including washer and dryer. I will definitely stay with Samantha again.

Lovely Stay

Check in was late but worth it

Initially we were not able to check in at the time expected (based on the listing) but the owner assured us that she wanted to deliver the place in perfect condition and she did! It was a beautiful stay right on the water. Well worth it.

Better than Described

The photos definitely didn't do this place justice. It was everything we expected and more. Samantha was a great host, responded quickly, and often checked to make sure we had everything we needed. This property was definitely one of the highlights of our trip to Miami. I only wish I would've enjoyed the patio more. Thank you Samantha.

Excellent Stay

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! The location of this property is very good. About a mile from the beach, across the street from a fantastic bagel deli, and easy to get to I95 & access to the airport and downtown Miami. We loved the place! But most of all our host Samantha was very responsive and communicated with us well and in a very timely fashion. Thank you very much for accommodating us!
