Everything about the property was excellent. The only reason I didn't give it an overall 5 was that the grass was almost a foot tall which was really off-putting when I drove up. My only other issue was that with a full-size kitchen in a house I assumed there would be an oven and I planned to cook for the 3 days I was there. There was a stove-top and toaster oven which was only big enough for 1 frozen dinner. The listing doesn't specify oven, but it would have been helpful to see it specifically wasn't there. I had brought food for 3 days that I couldn't use. Overall very convenient for Univ. of Miami hospital. and surrounded by many stores.
