Belle villa à Hacienda Pinilla - À pied des plages - Près de Beach Club

Cette belle 2BR, 2. 5BA Villa est située dans le Jardines de Palma Real dans la communauté fermée de Hacienda Pinilla. Notre villa de deux étages, 3100 pieds carrés a dix plafonds voûtés et poutres apparentes avec une pièce principale à aire ouverte avec salle à manger et cuisine ouvrant sur une belle terrasse couverte. De belles portes françaises en bois de huit pieds mènent à la terrasse couverte au premier étage pour manger et se détendre et aussi au balcon couvert au deuxième étage.

Il y a deux chambres avec chacune leur propre salle de bain. La chambre du bas a un lit king et dressing. La chambre principale à l'étage dispose d'un lit king-size et d'un dressing ainsi que d'un accès direct au balcon à l'étage. La salle de bain principale a une baignoire jacuzzi. Le salon supérieur avec canapé-lit s'ouvre sur le balcon à l'étage. L'occupation maximale est de six personnes.

La cuisine a de beaux comptoirs en granit, lave-vaisselle en acier inoxydable et un réfrigérateur. Une table de cuisson à quatre brûleurs se trouve sur l'île face à la salle à manger et au salon. À côté de la cuisine, nous avons une buanderie avec une laveuse et une sécheuse pour que vous puissiez emporter la lumière pour votre escapade

La salle d'entraînement et la piscine communautaire privée sont inclus avec la location et à quelques pas de la Villa.

Les 4 500 hectares de l'Hacienda Pinilla comprennent 3 miles de littoral préservé et dispose d'un centre de tennis, des écuries et un parcours de golf de renommée mondiale tous à quelques minutes en voiture ou à pied. Vous pourrez profiter d'un accès facile à Playa Mansita et JW Marriott. Le Marriott dispose de plusieurs restaurants et d'un spa de classe mondiale. La belle Hacienda Pinilla Beach Club est à seulement quelques minutes en voiture de la Villa. Le club dispose d'une piscine à débordement, de services de spa, d'une aire de jeux pour enfants, d'un restaurant et d'un bar. Le club Hacienda Pinilla Beach se trouve à l'extrémité nord de Playa Avellanas, l'une des 10 plus belles plages du Costa Rica.

Great Stay

House and location were perfect. We had friend staying at the JW Marriott. It was an easy 5 minute walk to see them and enjoy the restaurants at the Marriott. Highly recommend getting a car for you stay.

We really enjoyed our stay! It was a short walk to the Marriott where our conference was held! The property is gorgeous and well maintained. The house had everything we needed! The house was spacious and well appointed! We would love to come back!

Vacation near amazing beaches

We enjoyed our stay here. House is huge and the area is safe and quiet. We were fortunate to have monkeys right by the front and back door. Pools and beaches are excellent. Hoping the Carrie will address some of the minor issues that maintenance should have taken care of.

Owner was super helpful. Gorgeous property. Well cared for. Highly recommend. My only regret was not having a rental car as the villa is remote with the exception of The Marriot, so food opportunities were very limited.

Wonderful stay at Las Olas!

We had a lovely stay at Las Olas! What a fantastic villa in a beautiful location. The villa was well appointed with all the amenities of home. Close to a beautiful pool and nice small workout facility. We watched beautiful sunsets at Playa Bonita and went to the Hacienda Pinilla Beach Club many times (so nice to have poolside service e and my husband and kids could surf right at that beach). Thank you so much Carrie!

Beautiful villa with plenty of room to relax and enjoy the monkeys!

Las Olas is a beautiful villa that was perfect for our family of 4 (could have fit more) for our 2 week stay. We ate breakfast on the large porch each morning watching a tribe of monkeys cross by in the trees, spent our afternoons exploring new beaches, surfing, horseback riding at the ranch, or just relaxing at the beach club pool! We took advantage of the private little Bonita Beach for sunsets, played soccer on the large grass area, while some nights we checked out new restaurants or walked to the Marriott for kids movie night, we also loved to cook at the villa and play games. Our experience and love for this area and this villa is 10 stars, we would have extended our stay if there was availability. The host Carrie was also so helpful and responsive, making the trip that much more present. Thank you for sharing your beautiful villa with us!

Spring break 2022

The host was extremely helpful and quick to respond to all my questions. The house was as described, well kept and clean. We were originally staying at the JW Marriott but we wanted a kitchen. This place was a great option for us as it was walking distance (5 min) to JW Marriott. We had dinners there and did a day pass ($70pp). Great house. Highly recommend.

Beautiful spring break trip

This was my families first trip to Costa Rica and it did not disappoint!! We stayed at the house for nine nights and had the absolute best time. Some highlights for us were the beautiful porches outside, seeing monkeys from the house, the beach club with the little Hawaii surf break right out front, and so much more! We tried a few of the restaurant recommendations that the hosts sent and none of them disappointed. We especially liked Patagonia in tamarindo and Pangas beach club. The house was very clean and had a fully stocked kitchen to make breakfast most mornings and a couple of dinners. All in all, a fabulous trip to a gorgeous place. For my 3 surfers, it was a dream. Thanks!

Magical Hacienda Pinilla

As always Hacienda Pinilla stays are magical. The sunsets, pools, golf, and monkeys never disappoint. The people are always so kind and generous. Our villa gave us a new view the backyard and breezes were charming.

Really very nice

Very nice home base for our first trip to CR. High marks for everything that matters most, comforts almost too numerous to itemize: excellent beds, pillows and linens. A reasonably equipped and functional kitchen (we made two dinners and three breakfasts). Convenient parking right in front. All appliances worked great, as did wi fi and air conditioning. The home is very well-lit; no shadowey corners. Good hot water supply and pressure. Clean, airy and comfortable. We would stay again. Access to the Beach Club and Pinilla beaches really makes the house rental something special. The only downside is the long, washboard dirt road one must travel to get to the property. Can’t be avoided. A real pain. But not the fault of the house and in the end, worth the trouble for all the benefits gained.

Pura vida!

Hacienda Pinilla is a safe gated community. This is our fourth time staying in Pinilla and first time renting our own place. This villa was walking distance to the beach and tide pools and also the jw Marriott- perfectly located. It was spacious, clean and well equipped with kitchen gear, towels, etc.. The ac works great too! The pool nearby is perewct for quick dip, but we spent most days at the Beach Club pool and beach, which is a short drive away. Our sons made quick friends with friendly locals and my husband surfed in front of the beach club and our sons surfed short walk down on Avellanes beach at a beginner wave. Carrie was a friendly host and responded to my inquiries very promptly. We can’t wait to return!

Great Accommodation and Location

We vacationed at this property for five weeks this year and four weeks in 2019. The villa is well equipped, well maintained and very clean. The location and community are exceptional. Close proximity to the beach, next door to the JW Marriott and it's restaurants, and walking distance to both the Beach Club and Lola's are just a few of the attributes. Owner is great to deal with. Fantastic property and highly recommended!

Hacienda Pinilla Condo

Really nice and BIG condo. We had 4 people but you could easily fit 6 or more. Not too far from beaches - I rode the bike to Avellanes some mornings. Its a decent ride but not too bad. Riding through the country in costa rica on my bike with my surfboard is actually a pretty sweet way to start the day!

Many of our trips with friends and family have brought us to Hacienda Pinilla where we have stayed as a guest in this very same villa. We are now excited to share our Costa Rica home with friends and fellow travelers. To us, the experiences and memories we've had here with friends and family is time well spent!
