A tranquil and serene escape designed to help you make the most of its beach front location with large, comfortably appointed terraces for the best in indoor/ outdoor living. Playa Langosta offers some of the most beautiful sunsets in Costa Rica. After long, lazy days on the beach, a day of sailing, snorkeling or sightseeing; fall asleep to the sounds of the ocean in this luxurious home. No expense has been spared to ensure you enjoy your stay!
Children under 5 yrs. are not permitted. Please note the condominium is of modern design with an open stairwell. Not suitable for young children.
Renter is responsible for any damage that occurs during their stay
Children allowed: ages 13-17
No pets allowed
No events allowed
No smoking allowed
Maximum overnight guests: 8 (sleeps up to 6 adults)
Minimum age to rent: 25
There is a security deposit of 750$ which will be returned after you check out, if there are no damages to the property or pending payment

Beautiful property! We spent most of our time on the outdoor patio overlooking the ocean. Plenty of room for 6 people. I think it is in a great location! It’s close enough to walk into Tamarindo but in a lot more peaceful location. Close to a small market made it convenient. Loved the nearby restaurants. Fish and Cheeses, Sophie’s, and Sidecar are great restaurants. We will definitely be back.

My family and I recently stayed at this beachfront condo. It's an amazing unit, as advertised, super clean with great beach access and amazing sunsets. Pavel and his team, especially Jonathan were extremely helpful with dinner reservations and setting up our golf cart rental which made for a short 5-minute ride to town. The benefit to this location is there are a handful of great places to eat as well as a mini store for grocery items so there is no need to have to go all the way into town. I highly recommend this unit to anyone looking for an amazing experience.

The condo was exactly what we were looking for! Very well laid out and high quality. The staff was incredibly friendly and Jonathan our hostess really responsive. The location is perfect. We loved being in Langosta. Great neighborhood restaurants and access to a quieter beach and possibly better surfing. The pool is very nice and easy to lounge by and read. We rented a golf cart to head into Tamarindo for some meals and shopping but we’re so glad we got to go back to Langosta where the vibe is much chiller. I would absolutely recommend and stay there again.

Beautiful sunsets in nice area

We had a last minute stop in Playa Langosta and the host was very accomodating to let us enjoy this wonderful condo. It was right over the pool and it was an easy walk out to the beach to enjoy the sunset. The beach is rocky directly outside from the house, so it's better for pictures and nature walks than playing in the water. Very clean and comfy beds. Thanks again!

Beautiful place to stay

The property was clean, very comfortable, nicely decorated with all the amenities, in a great location and has beautiful views. The property management was very responsive and took great care of us. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Beautiful condo

Our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 teens) enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and comfortable. We really liked the pool. We enjoyed the beach access and didn’t mind that the beach right outside was more for exploring and not for swimming. We liked being able to walk to town for restaurants and activities but it was just a little bit far (about 25 min walk) in the heat. It was easy and inexpensive to get an uber as well but a bit harder for our party of 5 to all travel together (no XL Ubers specifically available)!

Amazing Property

This is a breathtaking property inside and out. The unit was beautiful and had everything we needed and more. This building is in the perfect location, just outside of the hustle and bustle of Tamarindo, but close enough to walk in to all the restaurants and shops if you want to. There is direct access to the beach in either direction for miles and the heated pool was a nice touch at the end of every day. An amazing property!

I have owned a home in Tamarindo for over 10 years and while hunting for a new home, I have stayed in many different condos in the area. This is my favorite and it was a pleasure to stay there. I highly recommend.

Peaceful retreat

We had an absolutely amazing time at this property! The apartment is pristine, with incredible views and spacious rooms. It’s perfectly equipped with everything we needed, and the sound of the ocean in the background was just magical.The location is ideal—so close to everything, yet offering a peaceful retreat. Jonathan and the entire team were extremely helpful and made sure everything was taken care of right away.We would love to return and highly recommend this place to others!

We haven’t been back to Tamarindo for quite some time. This condo, its location and amenities made it even better than we remember and we thought that would have been hard to beat. We hope to return much more frequently now. The concierge and staff are phenomenal!

A truly special place with captivating ocean views!

The condo is beautifully designed and super clean. The beds and furniture were comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked. We appreciated the serenity of this Playa Langosta location, yet it is just close enough to amazing restaurants and activity. The owners and property managers were available, helpful and provided lots of useful information. We traveled a bit while in Costa Rica, but wished that we had reserved the condo for a longer stay. Next time. Pura Vida!

What a sunset!!

Just arrived home from a great trip to Playa Langosta in Costa Rica. Our condo was great! We had wonderful views of the ocean and the sunsets on the balcony everyday. It was clean and very well furnished. You could not ask for a better host Thank you Kimberly for everything you did for us. Much appreciated. No problems communications were great We had a great time in your rental great pool and sunsets were wow.

Fabulous!

This place was awesome! We LOVED our week in Langosta/Tamarindo. Unit #303 was beautifully decorated, had comfortable beds, and was a wonderful experience for all of us. Owner Pavel answered all of our questions before arrival in a very prompt manner and Jonathan the manager made check in so easy. They even bought us a brand new pack and play and high chair to accommodate our 6 month old grandson. Very well stocked kitchen made for eating breakfast in the condo most mornings. And the view from both the upper and lower decks for enjoying the Costa Rican sunsets with wine and cheese every evening were the highlight of our days. The condo and the property location were perfect and well maintained. There is a small convenience store about two blocks away that was very convenient for picking up food and drinks without having to drive into Tamarindo. We did rent a golf cart one day and tooled around the city, locating several of the restaurants that were suggested by the owner and friends who had visited this area. We highly recommend this property to all who might be visiting this area. Langosta was wonderful and we always felt safe. This place was a gem and several times someone in our group would say that they thought nothing else in the area even came close in comparison to what we had!! Look no further, this is the place!
