Notre charmant condo est au 2Úme étage du bùtiment E dans le complexe de villégiature The Village adjacent à la pittoresque Scenic Hwy 30A, à seulement quelques minutes de la plage. Le village de South Walton est situé entre Rosemary Beach et Alys Beach sur 30A. Parfait pour les couples et les familles, les réunions, les réunions, les retraites, les balades à vélo, les escapades de golf et les mariages à destination. Le paradis de l'art. Il y a de nombreux magasins uniques et restaurants locaux à distance de marche. Voyager seul ou en compagnie de vos personnes préférées, vos vacances seront les meilleures vacances de tous les temps!

Notre maison est équipée d'un lit king-size moelleux, de deux chaises et d'une télévision à écran plat. La kitchenette est équipée de comptoirs en granit, d'une cafetiÚre Keurig, d'un grille-pain, d'un four micro-ondes et d'un grand réfrigérateur. La salle de bain dispose d'une douche et d'une vanité surdimensionnée bien éclairée. Le service Internet haute vitesse sans fil et la télévision par cùble sont inclus.

Les clients sont en mesure d'accéder à tous les domaines de la copropriété.

Blanchisserie: Les laveuses et les sécheuses à piÚces sont situées à cÎté du couloir du 2Úme étage pour les clients (passeront aux machines à carte de crédit fin 2017).

Perfect for a quick getaway

The property was just as described. It was a short walk from the beach and from the Rosemary Beach shops and restaurants. There are also many restaurants and shops just below the property. The communication was excellent, and we enjoyed our weekend. I would stay at a property managed by David again.

Modest room in great location

There were only a few negatives and they were minor so I'll list them first. There appeared to be a small amount of water damage behind the bed, below the A/C unit. There was a long hair on the floor of the shower when we arrived.Aside from that, we believe the room offers good value for its price. The location is the clear and above greatest benefit. You're a very short walk ( 2 minutes) away from a small grocer, shops, drinks and food. The tram stop to the beach is ride outside your door. Inside the room, the TV is large and great for movies or sports. The A/C unit works great. The hot water and water pressure in the shower were great as well.My only recommendation to the owner(s) would be a small pamphlet or printed instructions that mirror what's sent in the email. Having a physical copy to refer to would be nicer than needing to find my email each time I had a question.

Very clean and comfortable. Only disappointing thing was the window - it looked out into a hallway so there was no natural light and could not see the weather without going out side. Would have been nice to have another way to cook besides the microwave - maybe a hot plate and skillet??

Dark but nice.

Our room was clean, the only knock we have on this room was it was dark.Some times we didn't know if the sun was up or down! The room could use a couple improvements but overall it was still nice.

We were unfortunately only here for a night driving thru. The area is beautiful. People so friendly. Lots of walkable restaurants and places to get a drink. The Shore to Please property was cute and well appointed even though it is tiny. Think hotel room size. Still was perfect for us. The only recommendation to the property owners would be to provide a printed copy in the condo of instructions on the resort and beach access. I had to keep pulling up my email packet and trying to find instructions for the various resort and beach access (small problem I know) but I usually like to unplug when traveling. Definitely would stay here again and have already recommended to a friend!

Great location in Seacrest

We booked this last minute and were lucky it was available since it was spring break. The location on 30a is excellent and easy to walk to restaurants, shops and the beach. It would be nice if the unit was cleaner. It was small things like hair in the bathroom / shower and crumbs behind the appliances. Nothing crazy but still think those are easy things to fix / clean. The bed was comfortable and the host was very responsive. To be fair we did not tell him about the cleaning issue because we just cleaned it ourselves. I would stay here again.

Anniversary getaway

Had a great time here in rosemary beach. This property is centrally located which is great. Only thing is there is no view with this unit and there is poor lighting. All else enjoyed this stay here.

This condo fit our needs perfectly. The location was ideal, parking was easy, condo had all we needed including a comfortable bed Easy to communicate with host. Overall a very good experience!! We enjoyed staying there.

Our home is outfitted with a plush King bed, 2 chairs and a table and a flat panel television. The kitchenette is equipped with granite countertops, a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, microwave and bar refrigerator. The bathroom features a shower/tub combo and well-lit vanity. Wireless high speed Internet service and cable television are included.

‱ As a guest in The Village, you have access to the newly renovated onsite resort amenity complex featuring two pools, hot tub and fountain nestled amongst tropical landscaping, gas barbecue and lounge chairs. ‱ Amenity Wristbands (found inside of the unit): Each guest 13 years of age and older will need to wear a wristband to be able to access the following areas: the private beach access through Sunset Beach, The Village tram and the new resort pools at The Village across from Building G. ‱ Beach Access Info: Private beach access for guests residing at The Village is through the Sunset Beach community. From Peddler’s Pavilion (shopping area in front of The Village) turn right onto 30A. You’ll pass High Pointe on your left. The beach access is shortly thereafter on the left side of 30A (directly across from the Seacrest Beach entrance). All guests 13 years of age and older will need to wear wristbands to gain access to the beach through Sunset Beach. ‱ Tram Info: Free tram service to/from The Village and Sunset Beach access is available to all guest(s) of The Village from March to October, 9am-5pm CST. Tram departs from The Village resort pool area every 20 minutes. All guests 13 years of age and older will need to wear wristbands to access the tram. ‱ Propane Grills: Weber propane grills for guest use are located within the pool area. When using a grill, do not leave it unattended. ‱ Groceries: Need something quick? Just head to Seacrest Sundries at the front of The Village. The closest grocery stores are Publix or Winn Dixie, both are 5 minutes away (by car). From The Village, turn left onto 30A. At traffic light, turn right onto Hwy 98. Go 2.5 miles, at the traffic light turn left for Publix and right for Winn Dixie.
