Bienvenue dans notre condominium d'une chambre situé sur les rives du lac LBJ. Il y a une rampe de mise à l'eau tout prÚs et un quai pour votre commodité. La propriété offre une plage de sable avec accÚs au lac pour toutes vos activités nautiques. En outre, il y a 2 piscines rafraßchissantes sur place. L'établissement propose de nombreuses activités, notamment un terrain de volley et de tennis, des fosses en fer à cheval, un shuffle board, des barbecues et un foyer pour se détendre et profiter des S'mores en fin de journée.

Notre unité est au deuxiÚme étage (unité 221) et donne sur l'entrée bien entretenue. Il a un lit queen dans la chambre principale, un matelas d'air de luxe et un canapé en forme de L. Il dispose également d'une cuisine complÚte avec vaisselle, verrerie, argenterie, mixeur, grille-pain, cafetiÚre et casseroles. Il a un balcon qui offre une table de bistro avec construit dans le seau à glace pour vos boissons. Il y a une machine à laver à piÚces et sÚche-linge situé dans le Jamaica Building (600).

Quiet area, but fun. I took 3 teenagers who don't like to go to the beach. They enjoyed swimming in the pool and in the lake. The beach area was very nice. The girls enjoyed swimming out to the platform and going down the water slide. Marble Falls is a short drive away with restaurants and shopping, as well as a unique downtown area.

A great escape

This was a perfect getaway to relax. The property was clean and the pools were not crowded and having beachfront access to the lake was perfect. Loved our stay and can't wait to plan another stay.

Enjoyed a weekend getaway to the area. Condo was very nice, just right for the two of us and our pups. Didn’t use beach or pool this time of year but would come back as it was right on the lake. We also appreciated the suggestions of things to do in the area.

Clean, nice, practical for the family

We really enjoyed our staying. The apartment has everything you need so you don't have to move, or eat out especially now with the pandemic. Spacious, clean, safe, close to the lake, HEB and Ink State Park. Just writing about it makes me wanna go back!

Great place for a get away!

My husband and I needed a change of scenery without driving a long way. This is a nice, quiet place to do that. We enjoyed walking around the property, swimming in the pool, grilling and driving around the surrounding areas. Our daughter-in-law and two grandkids joined us for part of the stay. I would definitely go back to this rental.

Great Family Gettaway

We loved it! We stayed four nights in September. Had some weather complications but, despite the weather we had a great stay. The place was so nicely decorated and super cozy. It was just a short walk down to the playground, pool and beach area at the lake. Our son, who is almost 3, loved the playground and loved the beach area. It was very convenient being able to just walk out the door and down the short path to everything. We will definitely stay here again!

Nice place to stay

Everything was as in the pictures. The only thing that I did notice was that there was no tv in the bedroom. The condo was clean and had all the kitchen essentials I needed. Nice little get away and the beach area was nice to visit. Had a good time here with my family. Just need to update the pool code. Would definitely come back to the same place to visit again!!

Cute Condo with Great Access to Lake LBJ

My family had a quick visit to Marble Falls this summer and we were happy we had found this cute 1 bedroom condo. It was a little confusing finding the beach access part of the property, but once we did we enjoyed a dip in the water. Very cool property feature! The condo had everything we needed. I would suggest updating the chaise lounge chair in the living room - it looks ready to retire. Besides that, all was well!

CJ and Lisa met in Frankfurt, Germany and traveled around the world for many years before settling down in Texas. CJ was active duty Army for 10+ years. Lisa is from Illinois and CJ is from Minnesota. We have a love for water including lakes, rivers and oceans. CJ loves driving the boat and Lisa enjoys waterskiing and wake boarding. We love to go wine tasting and enjoy meeting new people.
