The property was nice and clean, the only negative thing was the cupboard doors are peeling. I would definitely stay there again.

great stay

Condo was nice and very clean. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The only problem was one of the sinks in the master bath was almost completely stopped up so we mostly used the other sink. Would definitely stay again.

Great location! Beautiful and clean condo!

HIGHLY recommend this condo! Check in was a piece of cake, the condo was absolutely beautiful and it was spotless upon our arrival. The location of the Calypso is just a quick walk to the pier and this condo specifically was perfect with an amazing beach view! We will definitely be booking again.

Amazing

The condo is beautiful with amazing views. There were some things broken (full size mirror in the living room and one of the floor tiles in the main bath) but other than that it was an amazing stay!

Dirty Dishes

Upon arrival we noticed an old coffee filter in the coffee maker and cigarette butts in the ash tray on the balcony. We were willing to let that slide. As our stay progressed we noticed a few dishes from the cupboard didn’t appear to be clean; there was a lipstick smear on a glass and coffee rings in the coffee cups. When we got the dishwasher loaded up to start the first load of dishes, we noticed the latch that holds the tab was closed and contained an undissolved tab. We figured since the tab didn’t dissolve that we would just put the fresh tab in the bottom of the dishwasher. When we went to start the dishwasher, it wouldn’t close properly thus wouldn’t start the cycle. We believe this was the issue with the load the last renter tried to start. So, when the housekeeping staff went to unload the dishwasher they assumed the dishes were clean when they weren’t and unloaded dirty dishes into the cupboard. This is a sanitation issue and health hazard and I’m disgusted that my family ate and drank from dirty dishes. I emailed the reservations team with a few issues the first day, then spoke with someone from housekeeping that apologized, then I emailed the reservations team again yesterday and asked that they return our cleaning fee. We have not heard back as of yet.

Lovely condo with an excellent view of the beach and waves. Really enjoyed the space/laundry room/bedrooms/kitchen. . Nice tvs. The couch and living room chairs need to be re-cushioned. They look nice but you are practically sitting on the floor. The dining room table is great but you have to be a kid to be comfortable sitting on them they are so small. Thanks for sharing your space. Be sure to try the food at Charlie's across the street for breakfast/lunch. Great place

Our stay

The condo we stayed in needed repairs. The balcony door handle was broken off, a couple of edges on some of the tiles on the floor were chipped in the bathroom so we covered them with towels so nobody would cut their feet, and the cabinet doors in the kitchen were missing paint on them from damage. Otherwise the condo was clean and nice. Just needs some TLC. We’ve stayed at a couple more condos in this building before but this one needs more attention but was still adequate to stay in.

Great location, great condo

As a party of eight, we were very pleased with the spaciousness of the condo. The amenities provided were perfect. We had all the utensils and cookware etc that we needed. Plenty of pillows and blankets but could have used a few more towels and wash cloths. Great view of the beautiful water, saw some amazing sunsets. We took advantage of the parasailing and jet ski rentals which were right down the beach. Pier Park is within walking distance and there are numerous great stores and restaurants very close by. I guess the only negative I saw was that with the decor being so modern and beautiful, I was surprised at the condition of the cabinets in the kitchen and the tile in the guest bath. The cabinetry looked cheap against the wonderful decor and the tile in the bath is literally coming up off the floor so that’s something that definitely needs to be upgraded. I would without a doubt stay in this condo again. My family and I had a wonderful and relaxing vacation.

Great location

Beautiful views, well equipped, newly redecorated. We enjoyed our stay . The only thing is kitchen cabinet doors need to be replaced (veneer peeling off) but that certainly had no bearing on our stay! Convenient to Pier Park you can walk to everything.

Great Location

This condo was clean, at a great location and the beds were comfy. My only complaint is the kitchen. The fridge did not keep anything cold, the knives were sparse and not sharp, the pans old, there were no pot holders and no coffee filters. Also, the outdoor furniture was rusted and one chair broken. But overall really nice condo.
