Situé à quelques minutes seulement de la piscine côté ouest, de la plage et du centre-ville, ce cottage de quatre chambres et quatre salles de bains avec bain est idéal pour les familles avec enfants. Le premier étage comprend un grand salon / salle à manger ouvert avec cheminée et accès aux porches avant et latéraux, une demi-salle de bain, une cuisine entièrement équipée et une chambre principale avec un grand bain privé et un accès à un porche privé. The location of the property is fantastic. Right off the square and short short walk to the beach access. Property was very nice, large, and corner lot offers great views.

Perfect house for large families!

Great location

House is about a block from the beech and the commercial section. There was tons of room for our two families. Kitchen was well stocked with plates, glasses, utensils, etc. I would definitely go back. My only request would be for more wash towels, as most bathrooms only had two wash towels.

perfect for a weekend away

Upon arrival, we found a few items not perfectly cleaned (shoes left from previous guest, some trash on 2 of the decks), but overall the home was great. We never found the 4 bikes that were supposed to come with the property, but we also never asked where they were. The home is in such a great location, we easily walked everywhere we needed to go. Perfect for multiple families or a girls weekend away with great living space inside and outside the home. Would definitely stay here again!

The house is in the best location, near the beach, pool, shopping and dining! Plenty of space for our family to spread out and relax. The tower provides beautiful views of Seaside, the gulf and spectacular sunrises and sunsets. The kitchen is stocked with quality dishes, utensils and appliances and the furniture is beautiful, updated and comfortable!The Station and Homeowners Collection did not disappoint!We had a wonderful week!

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived and loved the layout of the home! We had two families and 6 children with us combined. The hot water wasn’t working on the first floor of the home, many appliances weren’t working well either. The upkeep of this rental is lacking a bit especially for the price of the rental.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been coming to Seaside for over 25 years and have stayed at the station multiple times. Unfortunately we had a problem where the dryer broke and the piece that was need to fix it would be available until after our departure. Though there was another cottages dyer offered for us to use it was not very close and we ended up having to use a family members who was staying on W.Ruskin in a small 1 bedroom. This was a pretty big inconvenience as there were 10 ppl staying in The Station. In addition to the dyer, there were drawers/doors missing/broken on the fridge which again with food for 10 ppl was challenging. The inside door to the fridge that was broken and taped this year was also broken last year and yet to be fixed. For this size/price of cottage these repairs should be made as they will make us think twice when booking next year.

The mother board for the dryer is on order and will be in any day. We will have that installed immediately upon receipt. Our Favorite Seaside Home, The Station!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is either the 4th or 5th time we have stayed at The Station over the past 25 years. We love this property. The home works beautifully for my husband and I, our three children, their spouses, and our two grand babies. Our kids could not wait to stay at The Station and introduce their spouses and kids to this beautiful home where they have so many memories visiting as children with us. I would offer a few suggestions to update the property: Two boards were hanging off the front gate and my husband had to remove them so the children did not get hurt, the bear skin rugs are stained and a tripping problem, I would remove them. There is minimal shower pressure in the two upstairs showers that are adjacent to each other, the kitchen faucet leaked all week and needs to be replaced/repaired, the dish washer needs to be replaced or repaired as often it did not dry the dishes and water sat in the bottom after cycle completed, the pillows on outside kitchen deck furniture are dirty and need to be replaced, the tile work in all full bathrooms needs to be cleaned and updated as there is some black mold and cracked tiles. The water button on the refrigerator did not work and said it needed a filter. The dining room white chair slip covers were stained and should perhaps be navy which would not show as much wear. Again, we love this home and I am calling out minor adjustments that should be made to this gorgeous property that we treat like it is our home.

Incredible Experience
