York Beach Walk to Short Sands et Wild Kingdom York

Grand chalet sur une impasse calme, situé entre Short Sands et la lumière de protubérance. Cinq minutes à pied de Short Sands dans un sens et de la crème glacée de Brown de l'autre! Le premier étage a salle de séjour, salle à manger, salle de soleil, cuisine, salle de bain avec baignoire / douche et salle de lavage avec laveuse et sécheuse. Il ya un petit porche à l'arrière grand pour le café du matin dans le soleil! A l'étage deux chambres.

Grande cour privée, la plupart de celui-ci sur le côté de la maison; avec assez de place pour un barbecue familial (gril à gaz dans la cour arrière) et un parking pour 3 voitures.

Il ya un chauffage au gaz sur le niveau principal pour les nuits ceux frisquet 'hors saison'.

La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec des pots, casseroles, plats, etc. Nous fournissons des couvertures et des oreillers, mais vous devez apporter vos propres draps et serviettes.

Upon arrival we found the property clean and spacious. The kitchen appliances were all well-maintained and functional, the bathroom was clean, and the instructions and extra keys were right where the host said they would be located.

This is a great location for us for our summer vacation, as I have family in the immediate area. It gives us lots of space and privacy, rather than staying with family, so it DOES feel like a true vacation. It's an easy walk to Short Sands and into town for beaching, shopping, eating, etc. Everything we needed except bedding and bath towels was available, there was a start-up supply of paper goods and dish soap, and there are chain grocery stores in York and also Portsmouth which makes getting more 'stuff' easy, if you don't want to pack and schlep everything with you. The only thing I struggle with is that the fees are a bit high, but I realize that not all of this is under the control of the owner.

Great place to stay with kids, dead end street with very little traffic, large lawn to play, outside shower to rinse the beach sand off, nightlights in all rooms just to name a few.

This was our second time staying here. We truly enjoyed our stay. The location couldn’t be much better and the owners were easy to work with. We’d definitely enjoy staying here again next year if available.

The property was well-stocked and in a nice, quiet neighborhood that was close to town and the Nubble. We enjoyed the yard and back patio and porches! Quaint, but had everything we needed!

Love this cottage!

We’ve stayed in York Beach area before but this cottage was perfect for hanging out with family, either in the main living area, the porch or the lovely back patio. The ground were beautiful. We would definitely stay here again.

Cottage in york

Great Location, Spotless Cottage, Excellent Hosts

We spent a few weeks at the cottage and it was absolutely perfect. The location, the home itself, and the outdoor space all exceeded our expectations. Being within walking distance to both Short Sands and Long Sands made it easy to get around, whether we had the car or not. Communication with the owners was smooth and responsive, and the cottage was spotless upon arrival. We truly enjoyed our stay and are already planning to come back next year!

Beautiful Area

The area was beautiful and house was perfect for what we needed it for. Didn’t get to enjoy the area as much as we wanted since we were part of a softball tournament. But the over house is very nice and area is just beautiful!
