Paradise Condominium est situé directement sur une plage de sable avec
vues à couper le souffle et rempli de toutes les commodités de la maison. C'est dans un complexe plus récent, mais petit (seulement 12 unités), a trois chambres (deux avec de belles vues sur l'océan) et deux salles de bain complètes. Détendez-vous sur votre terrasse enveloppante, prélassez-vous au bord de la piscine sur le pont nouvellement agrandi, écoutez l'océan ou regardez les bateaux de croisière passer.

Le condo est l'un des rares sur l'île avec son propre sable
plage. Il est situé entre le parc Chankanaab au sud et le club de plage Playa Uvas au nord. Les deux sont littéralement à seulement quelques mètres. Las Tortugas est juste à côté et propose de délicieux repas pour que vous n'ayez jamais à aller loin pour manger!

Vous avez la plongée en apnée de classe mondiale juste à côté de notre plage! Pas besoin de louer du matériel de plongée en apnée, tout est là pour vous dans le condo !!
Cozumel est connue pour sa plongée sous-marine de classe mondiale et vous pouvez également organiser une certification sur notre plage privée! Visitez un certain nombre de récifs à quelques minutes du condo.

Les magasins du centre-ville et l'aéroport sont également à seulement 15 minutes. Nous avons également des vélos à votre disposition!

Votre séjour est facilité avec un service de ménage, des appels téléphoniques GRATUITS aux États-Unis et au Canada et une connexion Internet haut débit GRATUITE. Un service de cuisinier est également disponible moyennant un supplément.

Family Vacation

This was our first trip to Cozumel, the condo was clean, comfortable and had everything needed. Alex was able to put us in touch when a private fishing guide as well as a private scuba diving/snorkeling tour, both were awesome!! and reasonability priced. Both were the highlight of our trip!Would recommend Paradise Condo :)

Great Condo and location...

We have traveled to Cozumel many times and really love the location and amenities Paradise Condos has to offer. In addition, Genny's condo was very clean, comfortable and well maintained. Communication with her and her host was always very quick and efficient. Would definitely stay there again.

Great condo and great management team!

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. We've spent a lot of time in Cozumel and love staying in this area on the island. It's far enough away from the ports that you don't deal with the craziness when ships come in, but close enough that you can run and grab groceries pretty quickly. The property manager was great and went above and beyond for us while we were there.

Communication with the property manager was great. All of my questions were answered promptly. The beach is nice and there is a nice restaurant next door when you don’t want to cook. Taxis are readily available to take you into town when needed. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great beach location for larger family.

Condo was a good choice for our larger family. Everything was as described and automated lock check-in worked well. Beach was private and a short walk to nearby clubs for additional food and entertainment choices. Will likely return on our next trip.

Absolutely worth every penny.

This is a lovely condo, fully equipped with everything from kitchen needs to bicycles and snorkeling gear. I would definitely rent again. The view of the ocean is lovely.

Great stay again

Our second time here. We will come again. Great pool and snorkeling right at our beach. Condo is great. If you plan to cook bring salt pepper oil aluminum foil etc as there is none. I would recommend touring the far side of the island. There are amazing beaches that aren't busy.

The host was great and the location was good but they could use a dehumidifier. I have a mold allergy and so does my daughter and when we opened the door the moldy musty smell just poured out. Once fans and AC units got going it mostly went away. The granite counter is being eaten by the salt that encrusts the ceramic water jug. There is a lot of deferred maintenance that needs to be done.

Nice, Quiet, Clean and Convenient

Great spot to actually relax. Lots of little extras made our stay much better. I was worried that Tortuga's beach bar next door might be noisy late into the night, but they weren't. My only suggestion would be to get a rental car for convenient access to the city and more remote areas of the island.

Look no further

If this property is available then book it. Great owner, great property management, great location, wonderful amenities, and the property has everything you need. We had 3 generations and it was perfect for all ages. Also, located next to the Tortugas Beach Club with a dock for all of your food and activity needs. Will definitely be back.

Great Condo with great neighbors

We loved the condo. We all had a great time. 3 of us were divers and 3 weren't. We all did something we enjoyed all week. Housekeeper was superb. Alex was always in touch with us and helped us with a few outings.

Spectacular and convenient

We loved our stay at the condominium with our two young children (3 and 5) and are already planning a return trip. The location is unbeatable, with a private beach full of friendly fish to admire as you snorkel. There are beach clubs to each side with great options for eating. We stocked up on groceries and enjoyed hanging out on the back patio and enjoying gorgeous sunset and ocean views. This condo is well equipped with snorkel gear, towels, and kitchen amenities. We will definitely return-- and hopefully soon!

Beautiful view and nice location

Nice house for my family of 4. The patio with a view of the beach was quite nice for breakfast and dinners in. Kitchen is good for cooking in. Only con is that the tv has a roku but no subscriptions so if you don’t have your own Netflix account your SOL. Not a huge issue as we stayed pretty busy diving and exploring the island.

We fell in love with the beautiful water and the people of the island. The condo is one of the few on the island with a beach and easy water access.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

This is a perfect location because it's close to town but not in town! Away from cruise ship crowds and noise. Our location is right on the beach with a restaurant next door for a quick meal when needed. Massage and day trips right next door to enjoy!

We have a small group of owners at our complex that watch out for each other and won't let any craziness happen with renters.
