The unit was very lovely with plenty of space and a large balcony for dining and relaxing. It looked even nicer than in the photos and was incredibly well-stocked. The property was beautifully maintained. We loved having a beach right on the property. We rented a car, which made the location work for us as it is definitely a drive to get to restaurants and shopping.

Caribbean Paradise in the Residence Reef Condos, Cozumel was just an amazing place to stay. The frame picture show on the kitchen counter made us feel like family. The stroll along the path through the mangrove observing the iguana family on the way to the private beach was so peaceful. We walked up to Carlos and Charlies bar and grill more than once for a wonderful time celebrating my daughter's birthday. I enjoyed the next door resort Secrets of Aura's gym. Make sure you drive down the west coast and take in one or more of the secluded beaches and shopping experiences. We'll certainly be back.

I stayed a week and loved every minute of it!

The location is perfect with the beach and pool right there and the dock for the boat pick up too is so convenient. I try to get toe Cozumel twice a year and this condo is always our first choice.

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. The owners have thought of everything you may need while visiting. We really like the location and the ability to use the dock for scuba pickups. The unit lays out nicely for a family of 4 adults. The patio is amazing - great place to start your day and enjoy the views of the ocean. The community is quiet and safe. The pools are very nice and the grounds well-maintained. We enjoy it very much and will stay here when we visit Cozumel again!

Excellent place to stay!

We’ve had our eye on this high-demand condo in Residencias Reef for years and when a week opened up to rent it, I snatched it up. It did not disappoint! Free purified drinking water, plenty of beach towels, daily maid service, gorgeous view of the pool and the ocean, comfortable beds, great air conditioning, two full baths, cups to take to the beach, etc, etc, etc! Love the owner too, very helpful and responsive to texts about any questions we had.

My favorite place to stay on the island

We stayed at Casa de Case in March and loved it so much we couldn't wait to go back. We actually scheduled our recent trip to Cozumel around the condo availability. Once I stayed at Casa de Case I couldn't imagine staying anywhere else. We have stayed at Residencias Reef 5 times and this condo was the best of them. It is spacious, very nicely furnished and has everything you need to have a wonderfully relaxing vacation. The view is amazing from every room. Cindy the owner is so kind and easy to work with. We look forward to returning for another stay at Casa de Case.

We loved the location. Everyone was friendly. Grounds were manicured, clean, and beautiful. Condo was perfect for 2 couples. Clean, up to date, well maintained, Great views. Everything you needed and most everything you’d want was there. Very safe. This was our 3rd stay at Residencas Reef and this was the best unit. Pro Tips: there’s a fridge by the main pool no need for a cooler. Dona Chely’s road side Mexican food across the street. A little further up the road convenience store with 2 14oz Dos Equis :-)

Loved it!

Casa de Case did not disappoint. The unit is very nicely furnished and was very clean. The towels both for the pool and shower were plentiful and of good quality. The bed linens were very soft and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with quality dishes and cookware (I even used the Nutri Bullet!). The view from the well furnished outside patio was spectacular. The property was quiet and relaxing and well kept. I would definitely stay here again (hopefully we will be back soon!).

Gorgeous Condo

We have stayed at RR 9 other times and this condo is hands down our absolute favorite!!! It’s very comfortable, well stocked, clean, very well decorated and has fantastic views! All the beds were very very comfortable which hasn’t been the case in other condos. We appreciate that we had hot water during our whole shower with great water pressure. The decor is perfection! It was updated and not cluttered. We can’t wait to book again. We even made a list of things we can leave at home because it’s that well stocked!!! The description is spot on as are the photos.

Nice well maintained property

The property is at the south end of the island and about 15 minute drive from downtown and grocery stores / markets. We did rent a car and found it very useful. In front of the property is a beautiful beach, but much of the coral is dead. We did drive up to Chankanaab, where the snorkeling is much better. Although we didn't go on any dives on this trip, I believe the dive spots have better biodiversity and the reefs are much better. The property itself was very clean and the pools were beautiful and refreshing. Cindy provided all the information we needed, so logistics were easy. We would definitely stay here again.

The best of times with friends in Cozumel

Fulvio, the property manager met us promptly at the condominium . He explained the various nuances of the property and gave us his number if we had any questions or problems in the future. The maid service was exceptional as they would arrive on time every day (except Sunday which is their day off) Overall we had a very nice two week stay and found the property clean and comfortable. Fabulous condo!

The condo was beautifully decorated and VERY well stocked with everything imaginable. Such a nice surprise to walk into the condo with soft music playing, fresh flowers and a treat of guac, pico and chips! The porch is amazing and the view gorgeous. The location to the pool is convenient and it's a short walk to the beach. The housekeeper was friendly and attentive. Mario, the property manager, was extremely helpful from having our groceries waiting for us, arranging taxis, to helping plan excursions with Travelover's CZM. He definitely went above and beyond especially when he helped us to try and find a lost wallet. Reyna stopped by and cooked for us a couple of nights. She is the sweetest woman and a wonderful cook. Her food was scrumptious!! Thank you for sharing your slice of paradise. We had an amazing girl's trip!!

Our best Vrbo experience ever

First of all, the thought that has gone into what a guest might need at this property is above anywhere we’ve rented. Everything from beach bags to drink coolers are provided, along with pool towels and Tylenol. The property itself is delightful. The patio is amazing and we spent most of our time there. The bedrooms are excellent and kitchen is well-stocked with everything you might need. We are divers and being able to have the dive shop pick us up on the dock was so easy and enjoyable. One thing to check into is that there is a dock fee, and our dive shop paid it for us. If the dive shop doesn’t, the divers are then responsible. Worthwhile asking your dive shop about this!! This community is peaceful and not crowded. We were always able to get beach chairs or pool chairs. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay away from the hub-bub of the city and it was easy to drive to go out to dinner. Will definitely book again on our next trip to Cozumel!!

After my first trip in 1984 I fell in love with the island of Cozumel. Then I fell in love with my husband and returned again in 1993. That trip began our love story together with Cozumel. We have watched this beautiful, tiny Caribbean island grow over the years from a population of around 20,000 to now over 100,000. All said we still find something new to explore each time we visit. Our most recent discovery was finding the Residencias Reef Condominiums. We’ve stayed in many of the island hotels and have enjoyed them all. And when we decided to give staying at the Residencias Reef in a condo a try there was no turning back! I am a Realtor, and my husband a general contractor so we dove right in and decided to buy and renovate our new home in Cozumel and make it as special and comfortable as we would feel back at home. Now we are ready to share Casa de Case with you! Mi casa es su casa means, “My house is your house”. So make yourself at home! The property is beachfront and is the only privately owned, resort-style sand beach condominium development of its kind on the island. Located about Âœ way between downtown San Miguel and the beautiful pocket beaches of the South & West sides of the island make it perfectly located for whatever your day's activities include. Of course, the best thing is you don’t have to leave the property to have a wonderful time. There are 2 beautiful pools with cabanas to relax; wifi; showers and bathrooms; over 200 square feet of white sand beachfront. You can walk down the beach, dine, and play at various restaurants and bars until 5pm, or book a day at the Secrets Spa next door. Casa de Case is located off the best reefs in Cozumel and in the world. With pier access you are able to just walk to the pier and head out on any water adventure you choose. Casa de Case is located centrally on the property overlooking the pool with beautiful beach views, and is in the only building with an elevator and very convenient parking. Casa de Case is furnished and equipped with premium quality luxuries to make you feel special and at home. We’ve tried to think of everything that you would need to enjoy your stay and feel at home, and we’ve employed a wonderful property manager and maid staff that are on call to help with all your needs. The property manager will greet you upon your arrival. Maid service is scheduled for every other day, and the owners/guest manual will guide you.
