We have just had a two weeks amazing holiday in this fab villa. Lovely and peaceful with lots of amazing wildlife around in the lake behind. Very comfortable and clean and absolutely loved the large pool. Brian the host was wonderful, and constantly kept in touch with us prior to our visit, sending us lots of very useful information on places to go and where to eat. Would definitely love to go again, can't thank you enough Brian.

Really enjoyed staying at Brian’s property. Such a lovely chap to deal with. Lovely and clean, and close enough to Disney and local amenities to make travel a doddle. Walmart and Aldi are just at the end of the road. Doordash is a godsend when someone has an attack of the munchies although there are a few eateries close by!Easy enough to navigate to Universal and Seaworld - not as close but still easy. Had a problem with the WiFi (totally down to the weather and nothing anyone could help) and Brian was on it, helping in every which way he could. Was sorted as soon as it could be. Has been very fair with the outcome. Was truly a home from home and wouldn’t hesitate to stay in the villa again. Managed to grab a quick snap of the local gator :)

We had a great stay at this Orlando home. Everything exceeded expectations—the location is excellent, the neighborhood felt safe, and the house was very clean. The beds and linens were especially spotless and comfortable.Brian was easy to deal with, responsive, and very helpful. We had a minor issue with a fan, and it was addressed immediately, even offering a replacement. The pool was a great bonus as well.Overall, a smooth and enjoyable experience—I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Orlando.

Great stay.

Our stay was perfect for what we needed. Four rooms. Clean bedding and a good location. Our trip was playing Escape Room so I can’t comment from a Disney point of view but this was perfect for us.

Everything was as advertised. Plenty of room for my family of seven. House was very clean and beds were comfortable. We really enjoyed spending time and watching the wildlife from the pool. Highly recommend.
This little guy would pay us a visit every afternoon while in the pool. Don’t worry he can’t get passed the fence.

We wanted a villa that allowed us to enjoy Florida’s wildlife and this did not disappoint, it was just what we needed. You also have an amazing view of the alligator that lives in the lake just next to the villa. Would stay again! Beds were very comfy and bathrooms were quite clean although hair dryers need replacing.‼ BEWARE RACCOONS ‼

Comfortable and quiet.

Comfortable bed. Pool was great; sun on pool all day. Patio also has shade. Location was excellent. We rode our bicycles to Shingle Creek paved trail from the house.

First Disney Holiday

Brian was so helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had before we left and having the information pack beforehand was very informative. On arrival the house was spacious and clean, the kitchen was well equipped and location was great. Having the shops just a short drive down the road and Disney parks 20 minutes away made it an ideal position. Looking for local wildlife whilst in the pool was quite a highlight for us all! Overall the house was great, only feedback is that it could do with a little modernisation as some areas were a little tired. We would definitely stay again, thanks!

From the moment we arrived at Brian and Linda’s villa to the moment we left, we had a truly pleasant and memorable stay. The villa was clean, spacious, and very well maintained, with everything in perfect working order.One unexpected highlight was the incredibly soft and comfortable bedsheets — we loved them so much we even bought some to take home! The modern washing machine and tumble dryer were a great convenience and easy to use, making things even more comfortable for our family.The pool area was lovely and provided a great place to relax. While the mesh chairs weren’t the most reliable (I actually fell through one!), we made do by bringing in the sturdier plastic chairs from outside the gate, which worked perfectly. We did have to top up the pool water a couple of times, but the hose was right there and it was a quick fix.Although the villa information mentioned a weekly maintenance check, we didn’t see anyone during our stay. That said, we weren’t too concerned — the net provided was enough to keep the pool clean ourselves.A fun and unexpected part of the trip was meeting “Cupcake” — the alligator (named by our son) who swam by daily in the lake behind the villa. He became a bit of a family mascot during our stay!The location is fantastic — just 3 minutes to Walmart, close to Highway 192 with plenty of restaurants and shops, and all the major theme parks within a 30-minute drive, even with traffic.The Wi-Fi was fast and easy to connect to, which was great.

Greg and family, Thank you for taking the time to write such a comprehensive and positive review and we are pleased that you had such an enjoyable stay. It is great that Cupcake has made another fan although we normally see his friend Ollie when there. (There are at least 3: we have photos of 3 together in the lake). Thank you also for your observations as these help us maintain the villa as some issues are only noticed when staying in the villa. The mesh chairs are meant to be used with the padded cushions as these provide a more comfortable seat and they distribute weight more evenly. The pool water quality in the summer would soon deteriorate if the chemical balances were not correctly maintained each week so I suspect that you missed the pool man’s visits. We were surprised that you had to top up the pool as there is an automatic system to do this even though you can easily top it up with the hose. We will get it checked out. We would love to have you stay again if you visit Florida in the future.

We now know where want to stay on future visits to Orlando/Kissimmee (bookings permitting). Not to say that previous VRBO villas were not great.As we had decided not to visit Disney parks on this trip, a location further down the 192 looked to be a quieter choice and closer to the Silver Spurs Arena for a Rodeo evening.The villa and pool were equally well equipped and maintained and a pleasure to use.A bit biased I know, but Brit ownership was obvious due to small things like the presence of egg cups. Previous years required local purchases of shot glasses. Thank you Brian and Linda for allowing us to use your lovely home.The proximity of a large Walmart and sizeable ALDI eased the wallet burden no end.It did take a visit from a Floridian friend’s toddler daughter to discover the fourth bedroom. The master, with en-suite, sufficed our needs but her adventures drew attention to our aged level of inquisitiveness.

As a couple, we like to spend significant quiet time at the villa and so have tried to make it a second home over the years but also one that more adventurous theme park aficionados or wildlife seekers can appreciate too.
