We were five adults and one child who stayed in the house for 21 nights over Christmas and New Year and we had a great time. Four nice bedrooms and two bathrooms and a lovely pool with seating. Our host was very nice and helped with all sorts of questions, even things that had nothing to do with the house and we are so grateful for that. The clubhouse was very nice where there was a Tiki bar, heated pool, cinema and sports facilities such as beach volleyball, a small mini golf course, basketball court and a gym. Balls and rackets could be borrowed at the reception. There was also a tennis court down by our house. Thanks for a nice stay - we will be happy to come back.

Great location, great place to stay

We had a great time staying at this property, it was a perfect place to relax and enjoy some Florida sunshine. The pool was particularly enjoyed with our kids. Well set up with amenities and plenty of space for us all. A great location - quite close to Disney, so handy for trips into there.

Perfect Getaway!

This house was absolutely amazing from the decor to the cleanliness and personal touches. My family of adults and teens enjoyed the accommodations immensely. The pool was lovely, the outside area was comfortable and we appreciated the pool floats. We were 25 minutes from the parks and so close to shopping and dining options. Overall amazing stay! Thank you Kerri! We’ll be back!

Disney Vacation

This house was exactly what the description says. Great location to Disney. The pool was perfect for the kids. The house was clean and had everything we needed. We had some things that were broken and they were fixed right away. I would stay here anytime I’m in the area.

Wish it never ended

We had a great stay during a little longer than a week in mid April. The villa was very clean and perfectly convenient for our party of 6, the basic furniture (toilet paper, soap, tablets,...) were available. The whole area was very quiet, especially the backyard with the beautiful pool area (nice lights at night), everyone loved having breakfast near the pool, it was so peaceful in the morning. Let alone the Terra Verde resort which is beautiful. Everyone was sad to leave, and hope we come back, fortunately in this villa. Thank you.

Great Location

The house was well decorated and supplied all amenties needed. Located close to Walmart, Sams Club, Chipolte, Chick Fil-A and other things. The mattresses are really firm, if you like that. Note, there is. $25 fee for the card you will need to access the community. Overall, it was a great stay. I would stay here again. Thanks for having us!

Spring break

The house was exactly as listed. Plenty of space for all five ( 3 teenagers and 2 adults) of us to be together and have our own private time as well. Clubhouse was a hit and the pool at the house was perfect. Would highly recommend to a family looking for space and ability to still be a close drive to all the action in Orlando.

Overall good rental

The house was clean and as advertised there was some surprises with the pool and bbq. The pool is heated but you have to pay extra to turn it on. The pool water was very clear but it needed vacuuming and the deck area was not very clean. The resort pool area and playgrounds were very nice. The games in the garage were great for the grandkids and as advertised. Overall a good rental but not excellent IMHO.

Great Home in Quiet Area

We had a wonderful stay at “The Perfect getaway”. The manager Charlotte was very prompt and responsive to all our questions & concerns.. The home was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay ..The location is close to restaurants & Walmart Supercenter..The only downside was the outdoor loungers are dry rotted & not in great shape to use. Also the tv remotes had didn’t work - we discovered the batteries were dead & the clock in the living room..These are the minor things that need attention..Otherwise it’s been a great holiday & would come back.

Great place for a family vacation

We really enjoyed our stay and want to thank you so much for your hospitality. Accomodations were comfortable and clean. One thing that I wish would have been a little more clear in the listing was that there would be a 25 fee to get a key card to access the neighborhood and that there was a 25 per day fee for the heated pool. The pool heat fees seem pretty standard when I had been looking for a rental but part of why I chose this home was because it didn't mention that (or I missed it). Not a huge deal but something I wish I'd known. Otherwise though everything truly was great and we had a wonderful time. Thanks again!

The pictures of the house is cute it was basically the same upon arrival all tho the cute lil light that’s out by the pool didn’t have a cord. I didn’t like that , I wanted to take pics by the light but couldn’t. They suggested I take the cord form the living room area that had a light but anyway. You will burn up in this villa they don’t want you to turn the air down past 73 the ceiling fans are just for show I guess cause they don’t put out any air. I had small kids by the pool so I left the door open only while they were out there. I got messages about the air “house not cooling cause the door was open” One message went to the extent to say “I would be charged if air conditioning locked up” It was just a mess I would not recommend the property. The house was falling apart my first night there the stove handle broke when tryin to cook. Above the microwave a piece of it was detaching. It would fall when opening microwave door. A piece right below the sink was missing. The master bedroom sink sound like someone was tryin to break in once water is turned on. House is smaller than pictured. Maybe in the winter it’s good but the summer was miserable it so hot and 73 degrees was not enough to keep it cool in there. It has some cute up to date things in there but the house itself is falling apartments. Game room is in garage so hot miserable, no fan or anything we couldn’t take it so we played no games. The rugs in there needed cleaning .can’t write anymore. Good luck with this
