Appartement au rez-de-chaussée composé de deux chambres avec chacune sa salle de bain (douche, lavabo et WC).
Nous avons fait une rénovation complÚte en essayant de respecter l'ùme de l'ancien lieu.
Une partie des murs de l'Ă©difice appartenait autrefois au collĂšge Bernardins du XIIIe siĂšcle. C'Ă©tait l'Ă©poque des "Templiers Chevaliers" ....
Nous avons conçu tout le volume pour un confort de personnes ayant besoin d'intimitĂ© et de calme et un espace pour ĂȘtre ensemble pendant la journĂ©e.
Deux chambres séparées avec portes fermantes et leurs toilettes individuelles et confort de douche.
Un coin salle à manger et salon avec une petite cuisine mais entiÚrement équipée.
La hauteur du plafond de la chambre supérieure est d'environ 2 mÚtres de hauteur (le plafond en bois n'est pas droit comme un vieux bùtiment).
La hauteur du plafond de la chambre sous la mezzanine est de 2 mĂštres de hauteur.
Le plafond en bois de la salle Ă  manger est de 3. 9mt de haut.
Nous sommes à trois minutes à pied de la cathédrale Notre-Dame et face à l'Ile-Saint-Louis.
Dans la salle à manger il y a un canapé-lit pliant avec un matelas pour le repos quotidien (140x190cm)
Dans la chambre supĂ©rieure, il y a des lits jumeaux qui peuvent ĂȘtre rĂ©unis pour un lit de 160x190.
Le lit dans la chambre en bas est de 140x190 cm.
Les matelas sont trĂšs confortables de 21cm de hauteur dans les chambres.
Le matelas de la salle Ă  manger est plus fin mais pour un confort de repos quotidien (taille 140x190cm).

Great host communication before and during our stay. They ownets could bot have been nicer. They answered questions quickly after checking in and were very proactive making contact before arrival. Great hosts! Location of property was absolutely superb! The apartment accomodated two married couples comfortably. Best value for the great location, just a block or two from Notre Dame and Sainte Chappelle. Also close to good dining options, the metro and local grocery stores, very convenient. Apartment very quiet at all times of the day, surprising given its central location. We are hoping to go back in a year or so to enjoy this property and fantastic hosts again. Strongly recommend!

The hosts are the best. Welcomed us and the location of property is perfect. As expected the property is a little old but that’s what gives it the charm. The location is unbeatable. Near train station and Notre Dam. I would 100 percent rent this property again.

Good choice for a party of four adults. We loved being so close to cafes, food shops, and transportation. The unit was clean and had everything we needed.

Great location! Close to NotreDame, a laundromat, and restaurants. If the cleaning ladies had not been there we could never have accessed the apartment. Directions needed for appliances like the washing machine/dryer, and oven , and heating units. I was never able to turn on the heat in the upstairs bedroom. Towels and washcloths need replacing.

A beautiful gem of an apartment in the heart of Paris! Definitely an apartment decorated with love and thoughtfulness. It had 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms, great amenities & worked wonderfully for our family. The location was excellent, & the hosts were amazing & super helpful. We loved the apartment, and would definitely stay there again!

Three friends stayed in this charming apartment for five days. What a great place we had to set off from each morning to explore and experience Paris. Maxim gave us a helpful introduction tour, sent us to a lovely restaurant, and helped orient us on the map. The only, little thing reason we ranked 4/5 on cleanliness is because the old stone wall occasionally dropped pieces into my suitcase!

Old World charm, quiet street, great location, comfortable bed, friendly host: what more could you ask for?Maxim met us at the apartment and gave a thorough introduction to the four us. (We brought our son and daughter-in-law along for their first Paris visit.) We really appreciated his personal touch. The street is very quiet, but it is close to Notre Dame and transportation to all the other “can’t miss” attractions.We all thought it would have been difficult to find a better location. The four of us, also, agreed that the apartment was special along with being comfortable accommodating two couples. There are plenty of choices close-by for dining and people watching. We’d definitely stay here again and give it a heart-felt recommendation.

Comfortable accommodations, superb location.

The property was just as advertised- cozy but entirely comfortable for our group of five (two couples, one single, all in our late 60s. The location was simply unbeatable, a five-minute walk from Notre Dame, in a pleasant neighborhood, with a nearby metro station. Most of all, the owners were incredibly kind and helpful, with Maxim even waiting for us upon arrival, just to welcome us and show us around. I would give the property and hosts the very highest recommendation.

Short Stay

The property was perfect for our visit focusing on Notre Dame, Seine River cruising, and touring the city on an electric bicycle. The apartment was within a short walk of numerous bars and restaurants. The Saint-Michel Metro station was a few minute walk away allowing us smooth travel to Gare Des Nord and transition to Eurostar for London.

Perfect Paris Stay Near Notre Dame!

We had a fantastic stay at this charming flat in the heart of Paris! The location couldn’t be better—just a short 3-minute walk to the iconic Notre Dame Cathedral and right across from Île Saint-Louis. Surrounded by incredible restaurants, cafĂ©s, and several grocery stores all within walking distance, it was the perfect base for exploring the city.The flat itself is full of character and history, with parts of the building dating back to the 13th century, which really added to the Parisian charm. It’s been thoughtfully renovated to maintain its ancient soul while offering modern comfort. With two separate bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and shower, the layout is ideal for 2 to 4 people who value both privacy and a shared living space.The living and dining area is cozy and welcoming, and while the kitchen is compact, it’s fully equipped for any meals you want to prepare at home. We especially appreciated the unique wooden ceilings and the peaceful atmosphere—it was a quiet, comfortable retreat after busy days of sightseeing.I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it for couples, friends, or small families looking for an authentic and convenient Parisian experience.

Best place to stay in Paris!

We loved everything about this flat especially the location and the fact it’s on the first floor. All things were provided adequately and the unit was vey comfortable and quiet! Plenty of hot water, sheets, blankets and towels too. Could not have been happier with the unit or the communication with the owners even having the opportunity to share some coffee and desert. A great experience and we hope to return!

Perfect Parisian Getaway

We stayed for 6 nights with our daughter and grand-daughter in this lovely apartment. It is very well equipped and the privacy of the 2 bedrooms made a three generation stay very pleasant. American guests who have never been to Paris should expect the rooms to be small as is common in many Parisian apartments.The location was remarkably quiet at night, due to the thickness of the 13th century walls and greatly appreciated.Our hosts were charming and made themselves available to us as needed.The central location is ideal for walking to the Quartier Latin, Notre Dame, Isle St. Louis, the Bazar Hotel de Ville, and with some time, the Eiffel Tower. It is a few blocks from metro stations to reach within 20mn other destinations such as the Opera, Montmartre and department stores. Restaurants abound, as well as grocery stores, bakeries and markets, all within easy walking distance. We enjoyed our daily "petits dejeuners" with a short walk to Le Parisien or Isabelle's, just around the corner on the Blvd. St. Germain, two excellent boulangeries. Do not stay here if you're trying to lose weight! We recommend getting a Navigo card from a metro station for easy movement around this remarkable city. We enjoyed the long walk from Notre Dame to the Eiffel Tower, along the Seine on the left bank, observing the pedestrians, the architecture and river traffic, but you could also take the Batobus, the water taxi, that runs up and down the Seine with multiple hop on, hop off stops.

You will live the experience of being in the oldest part of the city, where the architecture is full of history.
We choose this place because of its special "soul" as it belonged to the gothic Bernardins College of the 13th century.
The high volume and its old stones magnified in the living room remind us the history of the place.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The flat has two bedrooms with two bathrooms. A bedroom upstair with the small shower room and toilet.
The guests sleeping in the living room (on folding sofa bed ) has access to the downstairs (two steps down from living room level) bathroom without disturbing people sleeping in the downstairs bedroom.
