Not bad, but the building needs work. Many units vacant and stairwell is pretty run down. This unit is a fourth floor walk up with a fairly tight spiral staircase. Mold/mildew around shower, but rest of unit is clean. Bedrooms are big, and washer is a plus.

There was mildew/mold around the shower, otherwise unit was very clean. Plenty of space—bedrooms are large. The provided fans were a plus. But, the overall condition of the property is lacking. Stairwells worn out wit dirty walls in need of work. This unit is a fourth floor walk up with a spiral staircase—tricky emwith bulky luggage.
