Joffreys place was amazing! The location was just perfect, The little island it is situated on is charming and has all the amenities you could ask for, We strolled all over the city from this spot and only needed to use the train once, You can step outside and catch a glimpse of notre dame! Although it's small, we didn't spend much time in the apartment except for sleeping, so it was just the right size for our needs, Highly recommend!

The flat was wonderfully situated, in a peaceful street in the heart of Paris, by the Seine river, Near the Marais, Latin quarter, and other attractions, I enjoyed the layout of the flat, it's compact but has everything you need for a short stay in Paris, The bed nook and bed are really comfortable, The shower is a bit small, could be a problem for taller individuals, Overall, I would highly recommend the flat for your Paris stay,

When it says cozy, it truly means it, My 6ft3in fiancé had to be very conscious of his surroundings and watch his head while moving around,

The positives: the flat is charming, budget-friendly, and the location on Île Saint-Louis is *extremely* convenient, The layout is compact yet smartly arranged (except for a protruding beam near the bed that I accidentally hit my head on multiple times :) ), The bed itself was also quite cozy! The space shows promise but requires some crucial enhancements, The shower's interior/exterior exhibited significant mildew and required cleaning, Additionally, there were indications of moisture/water damage on the kitchen's ceiling beams below (white fuzzy mold some peeling paint), It would be helpful to have a drying rack or dish towel for washing dishes, We were only provided with *one* coffee pod and one small roll of toilet paper for a 3-day stay (I may have missed where supplies were stored, but I searched everywhere), I don't mind purchasing toilet paper, but I'd prefer not to have to track down Nespresso pods :), Finally, I recognize that the space is limited, but having more comfortable seating or a designated area to relax would be wonderful, The current chairs are not particularly comfortable or functional for unwinding after a long day of exploring Paris, With some improvements, this cozy apartment could easily earn a 5-star rating, especially considering the very reasonable price!

Petit logement propre mais beaucoup de nuisances dans l'immeuble la nuit liées sans doute aux nombreux airbnb. Le quartier du logement central, bien situé et agréable. Il serait bon de préciser que ce studio est au rez-de-chaussée à côté des poubelles et sans aucune vue. C'était sans doute la loge du concierge à l'époque. Précisez aussi que le plafond est très bas pour accéder au lit et on s'est cognés à plusieurs reprises. Sinon petits commerces à proximité. Je trouve que le prix est trop élevé par rapport à la prestation.

Although compact, the apartment has everything we needed. The location is just perfect - so lovely to be on the Isle St Louis. Location is very quiet, safe and with several beautiful shops, coffee places, ice cream shops, cafes and restaurants. We were so pleased with our choice and highly recommend. Owners were also particularly helpful with recommendations on Paris shopping locations.

Die Unterkunft liegt in einer tollen Lage, direkt hinter Notre Dame. Allerdings war sie kleiner als erwartet, und die Dusche ist ziemlich klein. In der Anzeige wurde mit „kostenlosen Parkplätzen“ geworben, was nicht stimmte. Es gab auch Mängel: Waschbecken und Dusche waren undicht, und das Wasser im Waschbecken lief nicht richtig ab. Außerdem waren die angegebenen WLAN-Informationen falsch. Positiv war, dass die Unterkunft leicht zu erreichen war und der Gastgeber innerhalb einer angemessenen Zeit geantwortet hat.
